There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. On May 24, 2025, I went to rearrange furniture in my unit and discovered a severe mouse infestation. There was feces all over the floor, my belongings, and my couches--one of which was chewed through and completely ruined. Additionally, in front of my unit I found a dead mouse which appeared to be squashed by a car. I contacted the office. A representative came to the unit, acknowledged the infestation, and during the conversation implied the issue may have come from my belongings--which was both shocking and insulting considering my unit is clean. I was told management would contact me by Tuesday. That call never came. On May 28th, I finally spoke with Rob from management only to be told that nothing could be done regarding the damaged furniture. I spent hours cleaning the unit and ultimately had to dispose of multiple couches, costing me hundreds to thousands of dollars. Despite clear signs of a rodent problem, no real accountability or support was offered and I had to eat the cost. To future customers please be cautious and take my my experience into consideration. I share this not out of spite, but to protect others from similar loss and frustration.

The manager Manny acted like some thug from the hood when we went in to complain about how ignorant his wife was to myself and my wife. We took our belongings and went elsewhere because it wasn't safe keeping it there. We purposely put our lock on a certain direction 3 times and every time the lock was put on backwards when we came back. Each time our things were rummaged through. Who would ever trust that!? I would NEVER recommend them for anyone's storage needs. If you have any sense, stay far away from this place.
