    Lovely quick snack!

A quick snack while waiting for lunch nextdoor. Delish egg bites! Easy directions to warm up food. Microwave is located behind cash register. Yummy watermelon wonder juice! Friendly staff too.

Got a surprise bag off the Good to Go app. Loved all the items! Got 3 meals (baja fish tacos, burger bowl, and peach BBQ brisket) and a side potato salad. My favorite meal was the peach BBQ brisket, very filling and flavorful. The baja fish tacos were okay, very fishy and tortilla was hard.

It's been over a year since I've eaten at Snap Kitchen due to covid. I arrived Friday about 6:30 and a lot of my favorite items were sold out. I got 3 meals and several brownies. I did the feel my chicken/ sweet potato and salmon was a bit high$11.99-12:98. I normally order through icon meals which there meals are normally under $10. And get it shipped to my house in Ga. But since I was traveling I didn't have that option. It's the most healthy meal restaurant you can find for us healthy folks.

I hadn't been to Snap in so long that I had forgotten how good it is and that I had a credit on my account :) I love how the menu changes often and that there's a nice variety of seafood, veggies, pasta, salads, etc. and everything is actually interesting and tasty. My favorite is the vegetarian lasagna because it's tasty and filling. I also love the way the salmon dishes are prepared. Everything tastes fresh, healthy and relatively filling. I will say that the small portions are pretty small. I suggest either pairing a small entrée with a soup or little salad or just going with the larger size or you might still be hungry. Tonight I had the chili salmon with Thai rice and it was delicious. I got a few things for tomorrow (egg white scramble with goat cheese and pasta dish) as well as a few juices. Looking forward to enjoying them at the office. I would definitely sign up for the rewards card because they are good about benefits. Also the hours are very convenient and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If it was a touch less expensive, this would be one of my 5 star favorites.

I grabbed lunch yesterday afternoon around 12:00 and the parking here was packed! LOL we had to make a parking spot happen..but thank god we didn't get towed! Parking tip: It's better around 5:30PM compared to noon Really, its just pre made food that you pick from and pop in the microwave. Portion controlled, lots of protein/veggies It's super chill and one of my picky colleague's favorite places that he introduced me to. Super casual place with lots of health conscientious people. You'll see hot yoga pants, business professionals, and a good amount of millennials. My friend who took me had rewards too so he got $5 off and we got a few free tasty samples like brownie bites, sweet potato bites (they are like healthy reese's)... he was like they never give me free stuff this is the first time! I think these desserts are so interesting and can be found at central market. I really appreciate this as a new customer. His favorite as a super "picky" eater was the chicken strips with mac and cheese (it's gluten free) and the watermelon waterloo sparkling water. I got the turnip mashed potatoes with kale (and it tastes just like mashed potatoes so mind blowing) and chicken strip. So good will be back and the portions are good!

FINALLY! A Nutrition Depot store that is NOT a franchise!…read more I signed up for Nutrition Depot's e-mail list and every month I'd get an e-mail for their monthly specials and the two closest stores to me (Westheimer & Bunker Hill) are franchise stores and it's always a hit and miss with them. Sometimes they would honor the special prices and sometimes they won't. I was running low on my protein powder and so it happened that their July 2013 special was Phase 8 protein for $29.99 for a 4.4-lb tub. I went to the store on Westheimer and they said that they'd match the price. However, they were matching the price for the 2.2-lb tub!!! Regular price $34.99 and they were going to sell it to me for $29.99. No way, dude!! That's like double the price, still. I went to this location and they had the specials flyer posted on the window! I didn't even have to ask. They had the protein powder jugs out and ready. No questions asked. And the dude that was helping me was knowledgeable and really helpful (granted, I was the only customer at the store at the time). I don't ask many questions about any of their supplements because I pretty much know what I need and I'm pretty in-the-know about the latest supplements that are out in the market. However, I do ask about popular items, flavors, etc, etc. I was also looking for a new pre-workout supplement and he gave plenty of recommendations. I wasn't sure which one I wanted and I wasn't willing to drop my money on something that I wasn't going to like so I asked for samples. Of course he gave me a sample. Also, when I was paying, I saw a bunch of nutrition depot t-shirts. I just went ahead and asked, "hey, could I get a free t-shirt?" and he just gave it to me. At the time, I spent $60 for two tubs of protein powder. So, if you ask for it, I think they'd just give it to you. I think in the future, I'd just go to this location for their specials. Yes, it's a bit out of the way for me, but I don't have to argue THEIR prices with them.

But okay, it's just one brand of supplements, and some weird branded protein I've never seen. And a dry erase board that is acting as it's menu. I walked in and was greeted by two ladies. I wanted to keep it simple since I am not a scholar in deciphering texts. Vanilla, large, with protein and some supplements. 7.75. But they started with this brown solution as the base for the smoothie. Dumped in a scoop of protein. And that was it. Really was an uneventful smoothie. At least at smoothie king you can see what they're putting in. Oh and to digress a little, after I walked in someone came behind me and the girl who was helping me just stopped making my smoothie and started talking to her. Was just odd. They don't have a traditional cash register. Just a calculator and that's it. Just everything about this place was weird. So the smoothie. Was it good? Ish. I called and Candy was friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for but had another recommendation that exceeded my expectations.
