First, the ladies are nice and they are supportive. I joined somewhere around May. Since then, the…read moreownership has changed and I've not had much personal interaction with the new owner. I do want to leave a little feedback, however. I paid $200/mo for me and my mom. The location was convenient but we still struggled to make it in with the schedule and not being open in the evenings and weekends. When the location change occurred, that made it most likely impossible. I reached out via email multiple times to discuss cancelling or changing the plan. After a couple weeks with no response, I reached out again. When I finally got a call, I had to reiterate multiple times that I had no ability or intention to come to the new location to discuss it in person. If I could do this, I would've done it to begin with. When that message was finally received, the owner agreed to switch our plan but I'd still be charged $200 again since it was so late in the month. I told her that that this was beyond my control since I'd reached out much earlier in the month to resolve this and that I didn't want to be charged again. She said that she'd check into it and follow up via email. That was two weeks ago, a new billing cycle has occurred, and I've not heard a word. I'm glad that I called the bank to stop payment. In this economy, who can afford to keep paying hundreds for a membership they're not using. All of the customers should've been offered to end contracts once the location moved across town.
