Rather unsafe and entrucive if you overlook the warning. Should have a sign stating it's out of service but it has been this way for a while. 2. The bench in the cubbie area where you sit to change your shoes is broken in the middle. If the wrong person happens to sit in the middle it will collapse. 3. Children playing or sitting around on the equipment while their parents work out or playing on the broken bench where people change their shoes. 4. Children waiting for their parents in the waiting area opening the main door for anyone that walks up. All of these items are of a major safety concern and are dangerous situations.

i go to the gym for me and only me. instead i have constantly dealt with when they take payment for…read moremy membership. they pull it on a monday and ive asked for it be to moved to friday so i dont have to constantly call and ask to waive a late fee. should be simple in 2026, but no. they say they cannot change it at the store due to a third party billing, third party billing says only the home store can change it. crazy how both sides are pointing at eachother. ive called the store multiple times over the last few days to try and talk to somebody about this, and instead i get txt messages from the "manager" and shes pretty rude. i work in customer service, and i am not being treated as a customer. i do not recommend this gym to anybody solely because of how they treat their members.

I do want to leave a little feedback, however. I paid $200/mo for me and my mom. The location was convenient but we still struggled to make it in with the schedule and not being open in the evenings and weekends. When the location change occurred, that made it most likely impossible. I reached out via email multiple times to discuss cancelling or changing the plan. After a couple weeks with no response, I reached out again. When I finally got a call, I had to reiterate multiple times that I had no ability or intention to come to the new location to discuss it in person. If I could do this, I would've done it to begin with. When that message was finally received, the owner agreed to switch our plan but I'd still be charged $200 again since it was so late in the month. I told her that that this was beyond my control since I'd reached out much earlier in the month to resolve this and that I didn't want to be charged again. She said that she'd check into it and follow up via email. That was two weeks ago, a new billing cycle has occurred, and I've not heard a word. I'm glad that I called the bank to stop payment. In this economy, who can afford to keep paying hundreds for a membership they're not using. All of the customers should've been offered to end contracts once the location moved across town.
