The atmosphere is amazing from: 1). the spacious entrance/lobby space where you can either wait or relax before/after class, 2). the (two) studios are cleaned & mopped after in between classes, 3). the friendly staff (with their varied yoga teaching experience) 4). the owner who is almost always around for questions, suggestions or just a friendly face around and finally 5). the variety of classes (aerial, hot flow, vinyasa, yin /nidra, and forrest yoga). Although, I think Ashtanga should also be offered at Alpine Conroe and not only at Alpine Woodlands (just because I don't have access to a car yet since moving to Montgomery, Tx from Honolulu, HI). Alpine yoga also offers Ayurvedic yoga and massage therapy which I would be trying sometime soon and will write an update to this review. read more

I love it here! The classes are great and I love how there's two locations. Most of the classes are also heated which I prefer for my yoga. The staff is super friends and this place gives me a little bit of taste of my old yoga studio which makes me feel at home read more

I was able to try a 30 day trial and it was amazing! The various classes and instructors have something for everyone. The classes are small and instructors are able to correct postures or assist. It was a great place to explore and grow in yoga. Props and mats are also available for class use. read more

If your looking for a yoga studio where the instructors actually know what they're doing, this is the place. They have a great variety, meaning they have different types of yoga classes including strength building or just therapeutic stretching. They can teach to all levels from easy beginners to advanced. You don't have to be an avid participant in yoga to find multiple classes you'll enjoy. I'm just a beginner who likes yoga to stretch out, but there are at least 2 classes I can do with instructors that make sure I don't get hurt. Highly recommend this location. read more

This studio is an amazing place to come andd release. With the mirrors being in the front, it gives you a great view of your postures in yoga. The music and lighting creates a calming vibe. 10/10 would recommend coming here for a class to heal and rejuvenate yourself. read more
