Hmmmm....where to start... Well, I have never done Pilates…read moreand was interested, so I purchased 3 classes on Groupon. I called multiple times to schedule a class, with no answer. I sent an e-mail and finally got a response from Sandy. When I arrived for my first class, Sandy was blatantly "measuring me up" and making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was more concerned if I was going to continue with a regular membership or only use the Groupon for 3 classes. Her demeanor was cold, condescending and indifferent, and she made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to be inviting and light hearted, but her responses were sterile and demeaning. At the end of class she asked for payment and stated, in a "Holier-than-thou" manner, that she had never used Groupon before. I have never before felt so humiliated by someone who works in the service industry. I am Puerto Rican woman and she exhibited every trait of a racist individual. If you are a "Non-White", I would advise you stay away from here.

I've done competitive sports all my life, mostly soccer and motocross, which require a ton of flexibility and core strength to stay out of injuries.. . Well, magically, and thanks to discovering Club Pilates, most my normal issues with my muscles and prior injuries have gone away, and I feel a lot better when playing soccer or when riding my dirtbikes on the track. I DO RECOMMEND Pilates for everyone in your 40's -50s and beyond who want to continue to do the sports you love. Pilates WILL bring the flexibility you had when you were in your 20's , believe me, IT WORKS! Now about the club, the instructors are all fun, respectful, and knowledgeable, it is totally worth the investment. Excellent classes!!…read more I am a beginner and extremely out of shape, but the beginners class has been perfect. The classes are small (max 6 but usually not full), and the studio is very clean. The classes have been challenging without being overwhelming, and we leave feeling great after. It is shocking how much stronger we have gotten after each class. Really cannot recommend it enough!
