We returned about 6pm and this time entered through the hotel and paused at the "Please wait to be seated" sign post for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was bustling and we thought nothing about being "ignored" but my wife insisted that we walk to the main entrance and get in line. We were shocked when the front end staff found no reservations under my wife's name. Thankfully, "Shaker" had noted our earlier visit with my wife's service animal and had made a handwritten to the affect that we had a dog. Whew, crisis averted thanks to "the man", Shaker and his attention to detail! Dinner was uneventful and the service by Franco was exceptional. We enjoyed the bourbon glazed Brussel sprouts before our entrees; she had the 8 oz tenderloin and I had the osso bucco. Everything was terrific and the pace, leisurely.
