I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else for service! Today in particular, the service area opened at 7:30am and they had me come in at 7:50 (as soon as we spoke!). A shuttle just happened to pull up as I dropped off my car and i immediately got a ride home from a very nice man. My car was done 2 hours later (found leak and patched it and also gave me an oil change). The shuttle came to get me right away! I want to say my service advisor Jessica was awesome and I'd love to work with her any-day. And that goes for everyone I came in contact with. Repairs are so much less stressful with service like this and I'm so glad I started working with a dealership for my repair and service needs ... 180 degree difference from going to a shop and in the best way.

(shift change, lift didn't work, vacation) I arranged my schedule to be able to take my truck to them , they made the appointments ,but each time there was a problem. they were extremely rude ,and they showed no remorse , they didn't apologize , they simply didn't care . i have purchased many trucks and cars from west Herr in the past , but that is the end of that . I wasted 3 days to be able to take my truck there , with no results . my advice is to stay away from this dealer . extremely disappointed.

But I must tell you that every single person I dealt with at West Herr Toyota was nicer and more helpful than the one before!!! They gave me a car to drive out to Orchard Park where I was given a loaner and they had my car towed to the West Herr Subaru that would cover the warranty. Truly above and beyond level of care and service from start to finish throughout this entire experience. Nicole, in the service department, kept me updated not only on the progress of my car but the weather conditions there!! Linda at the front reception desk was always pleasant and helpful in person and on the phone. In fact not one person in any location was anything but kind and helpful. You can certainly call their phone but I opted to use their electronic communication options. Online scheduling was easy via their website. Received a follow up text to confirm the appointment and received drop off instructions. There is certainly a person answering the texts, which was nice. Diagnosing the problem didn't take very long; maybe a couple of hours after I dropped it off. I was sent a link to view the findings from the technician, complete with important photos, and recommendations. I received a second link that was used to verify which repairs I would like performed, and their costs. At that point, I either agree or disagree to the individual parts and labors that were recommended. I Signed the electronic agreement and moved on with my day. I Received another text when the van was complete. This was my first time visiting AmTon and I believe them to be running an honest and trustworthy business. I hope to not have to return under the same circumstances, but if I need to, they will be my first call.

The mechanics were pleasant and didn't try to upsale anything and just did the inspect . It passed and I was out before my 12:30 time. I paid and I would be recommending their business.
