Smoothie King - Acai Cocoa Haze - Health Markets Near Me - Manchester, Missouri

Our grandchildren asked to stop at Smoothie King for a snack on the drive home from Five Below. We didn't know anything about smoothies, but decided it might be a much healthier afternoon snack and it was. Apparently, all ingredients they use to make the smoothies are natural with no dies. With three grandchildren, we were afraid it would be too expensive (it wasn't). They have children's size smoothies, so the bill was only about 15 dollars . We walked in and were helped right away. There were three people there to help us. They were patient while our 9 year old explained the different flavors. They settled on the angel flavor. The 7 year old said she forgot how much she liked smoothies. It was a success . Now they ask to stop here after school every day, but we had to tell them we'd only be having Smoothie King on special occasions. It's a small shop in a strip mall and seemed very clean inside. I saw some protein chips that I'd like to try on a shelf in the store. read more

Absolute terrible smoothie. Smoothie was literally pure ice and had no flavor to it whatsoever. Please do not go to this location since you'll get served a cup of ice instead of the smoothie you paid for. Visit other locations read more

Smoothie King - Gladiator Chocolate - Health Markets Near Me - Manchester, Missouri

I am surprised there are not more reviews here. I'm not a smoothie expert but I started looking for smoothies because I have had health problems lately and some of them relate to my stomach. What caught my eye is that the owner started this business with allergies (and low blood sugar) in mind. And whoa.. They mean business here. How can I tell? They have live wheat-grass growing in a potting area on the counter of which the ground up and put in your smoothie, as requested. THAT is devotion. I had to ask why they had, what looked like, grass growing on their counter. Nutritional chart: http://www.smoothieking.com/smoothies/nutritional-chart.php Clean and full of weight loss suggestions and products on the wall. I had "Angel Food" with a protein mix add on because it was my dinner. I really do not like Angel food cake that much so I wasn't even going to give this a chance until I actually 'read' what was in it.. (crazy right?): Strawberries, Bananas, Soy Protein, Non-Fat Milk, Vanilla, Turbinado (natural brown sugar,) Honey I get it "skinny" without turbinado and honey and that makes it 100 calories less, still with no fat & 4 grams of protein, and, 52g of sugar(ouchie,) and 61 grams total of carbs for the 20 oz. I liked it. I am full and satisfied enough that I want to make this my breakfast rather then my usual bad banana bread slice from 'bucks every morning. TLDR: Healthy(ish at times) but still yummy! Worth it to try, not worth to travel to, only if convenient. Only draw back might be the limited parking. read more

The co workers look at you like you're weird or something when you walk in. It was my first time and they just assumed I knew the menu. The smoothie was great but the girl who gave it to me laughed at me when I walked away. read more

I go here literally everyday and everyone is so nice and friendly and FAST! Not to mention the smoothie is perfect every time

So happy they now have Keto friendly options and protein bars. Quick & knowledgeable staff.

Now that I have moved out of Kirkwood, this is my go-to spot when I need a snack. I am pretty sure almost every employee knows my order. They are never too busy to greet you with a smile and consistently provide quality smoothies. I have found that of all the locations in Saint Louis, this is the friendliest and fastest Smoothie King in Saint Louis. For people visiting Saint Louis, the area where the Smoothie King is located is sometimes confusing to people. If going west down Manchester Road, turn LEFT into Des Peres Commons, there will be a green sign right before you turn in. If you are coming east on Manchester Road, turn LEFT, there is not a prominent sign. Both ways have 40-45 mph, so be ready. The turn comes up quick. read more

I recently went to this location and had my dog with me. I didn't want to leave her in the hot car and asked if I could bring her in with me. Understandably they said no but one of the employees went out of the way to let me sit outside with her and take my card and order. She then made my drink and brought it out to me without any complaints at all. She was super accommodating and I REALLY appreciated it. I wish I got her name to thank her but I would highly recommend this location! read more

I have been going by this location way too long. I went into the gym next to it and did my workout. The gym is moving on Monday and I have stared at Smoothie King for 3 years. Wanting, obsessing, lusting, after a banana smoothie. For three long years I did not go in. For three years I would just glance and go on. Well this time they won and I lost. With thoughts of the gym moving and having a good workout. I walked in and got my smoothie. And it was good! read more

Dear Smoothie King, thank you for being at this location. Now I can work out, go next door for a massage then take about 8 steps to you! People that work here are nice and smoothies are yummy. I'm still working my way down the menu. -However all the huge hard core power bars and huge tubs of powder always freak me out. read more

I'm terribly disappointed that we don't have a Jamba Juice in Missouri, but Smoothie King is a GREAT alternative! The menu is huuuge! Smoothies are categorized into the following: stay healthy, get energy, trim down, build up, snack right, and indulge. They also have a kids menu and smoothie "enhancers" to add an extra special something to your order. My goal is to try everything once, but geez...I don't know if I could! Check this place out and see for yourself, I'm SURE there's a smoothie to fulfill any craving! PS. Grab a menu to-go :] read more

Clean, fast, friendly! Owners always there to make sure everything is great. This is the Best Smoothie King in St Louis.

Smoothie King is the best way to start the day or even stop in for a mid-day snack. I have to say that it's great when you know your business is appreciated. The staff here is great and always full of information on what smoothie might be the one that not only helps what aids you towards certain health goals but one that might become your favorite. They make it right to order and it's yummy every time! Whoever thought something so good could be so good for you! Stop in a Smoothie King and I promise you won't be disappointed:) read more

Ok now my first time here and I must say bread co/panera still takes the eh bread hehheh in this smoothie battle royale! Since I was familiar with the brand I expected it to be a cut above the rest but I noticed the chick put way more ice than fruit in the mix. I finally got it and was just ok. Not worth 4 bucks. I have no desire to return. read more

I love Smoothie King!!!! They offer a variety of delicious, satisfying smoothies you can enjoy as either a meal replacement or treat. Smoothie King displays the calories and contents of each drink and allows you to add additional supplements of your choosing. On Fridays a 32oz smoothie of your choice is only $5. read more

It's honestly insane how many times they've gotten the Daily warrior wrong... and each time, it tastes wrong in a different way... it's like they're messing with me and purposely leaving out one ingredient each time. The smoothie is supposed to be way thicker and have 1,000 calories at the 32 Oz size. Lately it's as thick as water and has no substance. Pretty sad because I have spent a lot of money here! read more

Just like Sheryl I was also disappointed that there was no Jamba in St. Louis. I guess back in Hawaii we were fortunate to have several of them. I was; however, very happy to discover Smoothie King and their great assortment of choices. I have also been given great suggestions by staff members! My current favorite is the Chocolate Lean1...but with peanut butter added in. Awesome... read more

Love the store and the employees. My only gripe is that I feel pressured to take advantage of their "buy a gift card, get free smoothie" promotion. Other than that I'd highly recommend this location! read more
