People all over the parking lot so patience is required. As you enter, the store smells amazing. Not sure what scent that use but I need to find it. Staff is nice and the food items are great. The produce is so good and this place used to be my go to for fresh guac when I didn't feel like making it myself. I bought a few items from all over but I was looking for a large family salad line they used to sell. Either they were out or they no longer make it. Either way, I bought a lot of great food items at a decent price. I'll need to add this store back on my list

Now there are some items that I can get at a regular grocery store that I wouldn't go all the way to fresh thyme to get, but if I were there , I would pick up. The draw is the delicious, ripe, sweet produce and veg that is to die for. Being a girl that loves my fruits and veggies I love a place that sells the freshest of produce. There are also products for your health snd wonderful soaps and soaks that you can purchase. I like their lavender soap and foot soak. And seasonally they have the most delicious Apple Raspberry juice. The stores are kept clean and the staff is friendly! They have remained old. The kids that work there took an interest in helping me. They were charismatic and seemed knowledgeable so I was taken by all that. Eventually they sold me over $200 of supplements that I didn't need; and my doctor confirmed that afterwards when I showed them to him. I was already taking whey protein from Walgreens, and that was the only supplement I needed. Buyer beware, and only go there if you know what you want already, and don't be taken in by probably well meaning 20 something body builders, but who are definitely unqualified to be advising on medical products.

Mind you, this isn't difficult since this area really isn't known for their great health food stores. This place is small, but they have a huge array of great little foods. Most things in the store are completely organic, and if you are looking for something in particular, the woman behind the counter was more than happy to help me find it. In fact, she was great about suggestions for things. While I was studying for the bar, my stomach was more or less in a knot for 2 months and I needed something to help me relax, she pointed me in the right direction and all the stuff she gave me really did help me sleep better and made me just FEEL better. It was a nice thing to do for myself and completely worth the cash.

The coolers are well organized and marked so you can find what you're looking for. There is even a small discounted section for items 3 days before expiration. Each item has nutrition stats prominently displayed. The meals were created to be balanced in carbs, proteins, and fats. There are microwaves so you can heat up a single meal They had some samples of the most popular meals like a chicken with buffalo cauliflower, and a BBQ meatloaf with sweet potatoes. There were also some desserts like a raspberry cheesecake with an oat crust. One could easily fill their freezer with these items and not have to cook all week!

I got back from a trip and needed healthy and convenient- Fit Flavors saved the day! They have a smoothie bar which is great, so I immediately knew I wanted to treat myself to one of those. I got the green monster for a punch of greens powder, protein, and fruit. While my smoothie was being prepared, I browsed the food options and they all sounded so delicious. They have breakfast, lunch/ dinner, dessert, and bulk meat options available. You don't have to order ahead of time which is great- you just choose what you want and grab it. This trip I grabbed the burger bowl and smothered Philly cheeseburger. They were both delicious, I loved the burger bowl the most out of the two. Ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and I felt good about fueling my body. I will absolutely be back to try some more options. Thanks for making my week easier!
