Outstanding place to shop. I have been shopping here for the past 3 years and the service has only gotten better with time. I have about 4 shirts from these guys from over the years and I have seen them do numerous things to help the community. They had a drive for the Fallen Hero's as well as gather supplies for the tornado that went through Joplin a while ago. These guys are all a class act. You hardly ever see local businesses get involved with the community like Supplement Superstores has. Not only do they give back but they are always willing to help. One of the reasons I like this store so much is the fact that the staff keeps up with me, I mean they ask me how my past trips have been when I have told them Im going out of town. I guess what I'm trying to say is they remember me. Im not just another transaction to them. The products they carry are top notch as well, they recommend great products at fraction of the cost of other local stores, they are even cheaper then ordering online. I don't see why anyone would ever buy the same exact product some place else and pay almost twice as much, doesn't make much sense to me. All you have to do is walk in and they go the extra mile to make sure make you feel welcome in the store. Prices are the best I have ever seen in a retail supplement store. They have everything in this store it seems. I was looking for a good 'bulk' 5 pound protein and they had about 8-10 different ones to choose from. I love the fact that the staff is certified as well. They guy working was a NASM certified trainer and took the time to go through my workout program. He suggested a few changes...not in a pushy, i know it all kinda way either. He has very professional and seemed to really care about how my workouts were going. I have already recommend many friends to shop here and they all have had nothing but great things to say about this store. Its a great feeling knowing I can go into a place and get professional advice and feel comfortable knowing its the truth. Very nice location for a supplement store, they are conveniently located across the street from Golds gym on Manchester and they have a big enough parking lot that you don't have to worry about parking. I have shopped here a ton of times and the service seems to get better and better every time. They have hooked me up with a free shirt before and they always are offering me samples of new products to try. They guys that have helped me are very knowledgable and are very professional. If you were to compare different supplement stores in the area...Supplement Superstores is the BEST by far. They know the differences in the supplements and don't push a ton of products on you. They have recently added a bunch more products. More natural vitamins and whole-food vitamins. I haven't tried any of these supplements yet but the staff seemed to be pretty excited to have a bunch of new products on the shelves. read more

I am a first timer on Yelp, I have a few yelping buddies and I chose to start reviewing because of the service i received at Supplement Superstores. This is hands down the best place I have ever shopped. Im not saying the best supplement store I have ever shopped but ANY place I have ever shopped. The staff working here are bar none be nicest and most helpful I have ever came in contact with. They not only wrote me a diet plan for FREE but actually helped me reach my goals. I wanted to see if it was a fluke or not, so I actually "secretly" sent my wife in to pick up a protein powder for me... they gave her the same treatment as me. She is actually now working out with me and is pumped about living a healthier lifestyle. Been shopping here the last 2 years and I have to say they have the best customer service ever. They are always willing to go the extra mile and help you with any diet questions and have even wrote me a personal program. They also have the best prices in town and even better then online pricing. I take a wide range of vitamins and minerals and they have 6-7 different brand lines to choose from. I am a big fan of Twin Lab and NOW...they stock both. Seems like they are always getting more and more in to. read more

This was one of my 1st experiences at a supplement store, I only needed some protein powder for breakfast. I got what I needed at a great price and was also recommended some better products. The guys here are really nice and didn't seem to want to sell me anything but wanted to get me the best product! I usually buy my vitamins & protein online but I ran out and needed some quickly so I gave these guys a shot. The prices were just as cheap as online and they carried all the same stuff plus some other brands I've never tried. I recognized the guy behind the counter from the gym so I know he works out and actually uses the products he was recommending. I buy all my protein and vitamins here, the prices are cheap and they carry everything I like. The staff has helped me with my diet, went over a meal plan and even showed me how to incorporate all the stuff I bought into my routine. This is an amazing store, the staff working here walked me through a diet plan and helped me with some tips on workouts. I went in looking for a pre-workout a friend of mind suggested to me and walked out with a whole new diet. They also had the supplement I was looking for with and there is an entire wall full of other stuff I wanted to try. They have a huge selection of product. I will not shop any where else. read more

I workout at the gym across the street so I stopped in here one day for a protein shake after my workout and they have tons of stuff to choose from. The prices are pretty cheap and they carry tons of brands, some I've never heard of. The guy at the counter was nice and very helpful, he didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff but just got me what I needed. I will be a returning, fair prices and great staff! read more

Outstanding customer service, so far since shopping here I have lost a total of 55 pounds and still going strong. I only want to drop 20 more. The staff here wrote me out an entire diet program to follow and needless to say it works perfect. I wont shop anywhere else. I am a huge fan of this store. Great customer service and on top of that wrote me a complete diet plan free of charge. The staff here helped me with every questions I had. They blew me away with the knowledge on diet as well as the knowledge of all the different supplements they had. Very big store! I was amazed at how big this place was. Had way more product then I was expecting and the guy working told me they always are adding in more and more product each week.
