I've been a customer at this Vape Shop in Jacksonville Illinois for about a year now. While they've had a lot of turnover, communication regarding their points program was consistent the last year with every employee. While their system wasn't allowing awards yet regardless all your points were accumulating with purchases which was NOT the case. i wasn't that worried about it but i was told to call the number on their website and they'd had other customers do the same. Well, today i encountered a guy named Nick and when i brought up points with him, which was the first time i've ever seen this dude. he literally unhinged on me, and i'm not real sure if he thought i was someone else but he said, nobody has points, basically that's the end of the conversation and that's what his boss told him to tell customers. he wouldn't allow me to get a word in and added if you don't like it, go spend your money somewhere else. Then he refused to allow me to make a purchase. So, this guy is a terrible representative at this vape location ... i've never had someone act like that, ever. i even said, I've spent thousands of dollars at this location and i'll never go back. ever. i know there is a lot of turn over but i hope they get this person out of there representing their company or they'll be toasted by the competition.
he was a total jerk with absolutely no customer skills at all and didn't give a shit! That's the worst! basically told me to get lost. all over points. If i owned this store? i'd be horrified how many customers this dude is literally driving away! i took my $100 down to Tripple Vapor and had a great experience..... i'll never go back. read more
