Great selection of cigars that are properly stored. Inside or outside seating, plenty of drinks, lots of TVs with lots of channels. In the back, it's dark and people watch movies there, the front and outside usually have sports on. Almost every time I've been in they have free food that someone brought in. I don't drink, but I think they might allow people to bring in their own bottles. Don't quote me on that one. Just looks like it. They also have lots of comfortable seating, recliners with ashtrays, lots of cigar lighters around, free matches, and any supplies I would want if I needed to buy them. Outside, they even have flowers and hummingbird feeders . If you're looking for an elegant or trendy cigar shop this isn't it, but if you're a cigar smoker, this is the perfect spot! Each time, I've mistakenly tried to give the place another chance. This has proven to be a mistake, and I will not be back. Each time in frequenting Tobakko's, the person behind the counter has consistently been aloof, dismissive and seemingly unwilling to assist. In fact, she has proven not to be able to mask her contempt for being bothered when I asked a question. Part of my enjoyment is browsing and buying a good cigar. It's a part of the process I have enjoyed for years. This shop quite simply does not provide that. In my visits, It instead offers an uncomfortable experience with rude staff and dry cigars that leave much to be desired. You'll notice other reviews point out similar experiences, btw. I know its a chain but I appreciate them working with the local vendors to have items in stock in case I cannot make it to the brick mortar shop. I am in love with Brick River Cider and Ace Cider and I can count on this location to have what I need. Their NA section of beer, wine, and spirits is top notch too. A bartender friend of mine picks up these items to when hosting sober nights. A fun thing about this place is that they card everyone in their 30s and below! It's always a nice compliment to feel young again. This place is very accessible and if not too busy you can ask for a customer service representative to help be your personal shopper. And if you have small children you must keep them with you at all times but it is often best not to bring them on this shopping run if not 100% necessary.

One of my items had a sale tag on it, but it didn't ring up the right price. When I mentioned it to the cashier he said, in a defensive tone, "I don't know what you want me to do"....perhaps call a manager? I spend a lot of money and now I won't and make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop here. Not even expensive pipe but nope. Ridiculous that I'm responsible for something that clearly was a defect. All I did was put a toothpick through the hole and it busted. Now I have nothing. And mine is for medical reasons but owner doesn't care.
