The employees were making batch after batch of the different entrees, and cleaning well between each. So, I did wait a few minutes for the sliced brisket to be on deck. BUT once the meat started going on the bun, a staff member spotted me and asked how many I needed. Just the one. He had it wrapped up and in my hand in no time. The food was good. It's clean and attractive. The pump worked great and no issues with my credit card. The wash was dirty however, towels were empty in some and present in others. The squeegee's most likely need to be replaced as well with lots of use. On one visit trash was overflowing, but others it was fine. On another visit an employee was emptying trash I did go inside on a recent and service and as very friendly. The brightest spot was the men's room which was fresh, clean and new. Everything worked and trash was maintained. Proper supply of toilet paper was present. I'm sure I will be back. 4.5 rounding down with pump wash issue and trash.

Think of this as part mini-market & part walk-in vending machine. No teller to greet you, thank you or wish you a good day. Just a faceless black box to scan your items then take your account info, credit card or foldable cash (no coin). While the 24 hour (with access to building) convenient ability of buying sandwiches, salads, chips, drinks, ice cream, gum and cereal sounds great... I still feel like I am cheating someone out of a job. I decided to buy a pack of gum with no price on it, but it was $1.99 plus tax & two packs came up on the screen.
