I have been going to Mobil to get a refill multiples times a week for a Powerade after my physical therapy for months and it's always the same price unless I go to this one and she will charge me more and when I ask she will be rude and say it's always been that price when clearly it hasn't And will roll her eyes and mock me for even asking. Even though this one is more convenient I will go to any other Mobil now to avoid her.

The station is easy enough to access from I-64 / US-40 though I wouldn't recommend it if you're driving a larger vehicle as you will need to make a u-turn to get back to the highway. Good cover with shelter from the elements and a short walk to the convenience store, which I did not have to go into today. The receipt printer worked and the station was clean/tidy. A positive fueling experience. [Review 17282 overall - 180 in Missouri - round number 800 of 2022.]

It might be odd to write a review for a gas station, but I recently had such excellent customer…read moreservice that I had to write about it. I needed to drop off some mail at the USPS across the street and the line was very long, so I popped into ZX to grab a soda while I waited. After I paid, my cashier told me to wait a moment, then pulled out a paper towel and wiped off the lip of my can so that I could drink it without worrying about germs. It was such a small gesture, but it was a very thoughtful thing to do. The world needs more of that right now.

I am only reviewing the Lotto side of things... It was not great…read more I had some happy lucky winning gift Scratchers to turn in and I wanted to get a couple of Lotto tickets on a promo day. The employee, who was new, was put off when I said I had some Scratchers and said they only paid out $50 max. Oh... kay. That's their prerogative, but it's also mine to review and subtract a star. I considered getting some Scratchers there because I didn't have much more in Scratchers than they could pay in cash, and thought I could save myself a make-up stop at another gas station but they only sell the $1 Scratchers, and I didn't want to spend the rest of my life scratching. When I said I wanted to do the National Lotto Day promo, the employee was clueless. I explained what it was and he said he didn't know how to do it. He wasn't really interested in figuring it out. (FWIW, I went to a different gas station a few minutes later, and though those employees were clueless, they tried and the free lotto ticket printed automatically with my purchase.) But he plays the lotto and he wanted me to explain how things worked in the app. He was nice and all and we had a decent little conversation, but my trip there was a waste of time. After reading other reviews here, I doubt I'd go back for gas or service.

I've only ever gotten gas here so I can't speak to the quality of the service. This is a modestly…read moresize BP station in Clayton. It is easy to get to, pretty standard gas prices for the area, and the inside is respectable. There are not a ton of pumps, so it isn't worth waiting if there is a line. Kiss, U Gas good-bye and say Hello to, On The Run…read more Last year, U Gas was bought out by On The Run and finally this month all the signage and brand of gas has been switched over. The gas is no longer Phillips 66, it is now Mobil. The signage and retail products inside is now all On The Run. During the transition, I strayed and started going to the QT up the street. i quickly loss interest in their offerings and customer service and started to come back here. I am so glad that I did. It is actually better now then when it was U Gas and I really liked them. I've needed to grab an easy breakfast/lunch for work and have been impressed with the offerings from OTR. For quick and easy packaged food they're better then those at QT and what was previously offered by Gigi's at U Gas. Also, I enjoy your coffee way more. Customer service is cheerful. I've just started back as a regular and they are already remembering me. Nice touch. Welcome to my hood, On The Run. I'm glad the transformation is complete. You're looking good. I'll be back? - Yes.
