They even sell firewood, which is an unexpected but useful option. I usually stop in for a Slurpee, but it's nice to know they have plenty of other snacks, drinks, and essentials available. The store was clean, restrooms are available for customers. Despite being on a busy street, the parking lot is easy to access and exit. Overall, this is a clean, convenient 7-Eleven with plenty of food and drink options for a quick stop. And honestly, who doesn't love a good Slurpee?

There are so many gas pumps that you should never have to wait for one, and once you walk inside, there's a whole experience waiting for you. They have a similar setup to the Beaver location, with gourmet popcorn, beef jerky, pulled pork, brisket, smash burgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and so much more. And, most of the food is pretty reasonably priced. Whenever we go to Six Flags in this area, we have a tradition of stopping at Wally's on the way there to grab dinner. Then, when we leave Six Flags, we'll stop again to get a drink for the drive home. It's usually much more affordable than eating inside the amusement park, and there are so many options that everyone can find something they like. This weekend, our group had a little bit of everything. We had someone get a hot dog, someone got chicken fingers, others had smash burgers, chopped brisket, and pulled pork. Everyone agreed it was "bussin," which, according to the high schoolers, means it was really good! They also have these kettle chips that come in a bag that doesn't look particularly huge, but somehow there are SO many chips inside. We passed the bag around the car and still had leftovers for the ride home. The girls also had to get a slushie, which was especially refreshing because it was so hot outside. And since they have their own bakery, I grabbed a cookie, and it did not disappoint. There's also plenty of shopping, including blankets, T-shirts, postcards, stickers, and all kinds of other souvenirs. They even have their own hot sauce! This definitely isn't a place where you're going to run in, grab something, and immediately leave. There's so much to look at that you're going to spend some time wandering around. For us, Wally's has become just as much a part of the Six Flags experience as the amusement park itself. It's something we look forward to both on the way there and on the way home, and this weekend was no exception!

The employees were making batch after batch of the different entrees, and cleaning well between each. So, I did wait a few minutes for the sliced brisket to be on deck. BUT once the meat started going on the bun, a staff member spotted me and asked how many I needed. Just the one. He had it wrapped up and in my hand in no time. The food was good. Everything looked clean. The iced coffee bar hit the spot.

We were expecting severe storms today so lots of people were stocking up when the tornado sirens started earlier than expected. They announced that anyone who wanted to stay in the store should join the crew in the basement to be safe. They guided us all calmly to their basement/storage/employee break area with smiles, lots of snacks, bottled water, and even flowers for moms with their babies! They made sure everyone was comfortable and had a place to sit down. I felt so safe and so taken care of! Once we were cleared to go back upstairs, everyone was as helpful as ever and the crew even walked folks out to their cars with umbrellas in the pouring rain. If everyone treated each other like this team treated a bunch of strangers, the world would be a better place. Thank you to everyone who was working this afternoon for restoring my faith in humanity!

This location is cleaner--and staff is friendlier--than most Huck's.

Hello, I would like…read moreto report an incident I witnessed today at your store, the Pilot Gas Station (a truck stop). A customer came up to the counter to pay for some items and chose a knife that was supposed to be $20 according to the box label. However, the employee rang it up for $26. The customer pointed out that the barcode or price was incorrect and calmly showed that the box said $20. At that point, the employee--who seemed to be a Black male around 36 to 42 years old--responded very rudely. The customer then said his time was more valuable, and he would just pay the $6 difference. After that, the customer asked for three packs of cigarettes. The employee requested the customer's ID. The customer only had a Green Card, which he provided. The employee checked it and saw that everything was fine, but then wanted to enter the customer's information into the computer. The customer calmly refused, saying he did not want his Green Card information stored. He also said he didn't want the cigarettes anymore. At that point, the employee became very aggressive, cursed at the customer, and even showed an inappropriate gesture before forcing him out of the store. I do not know that customer personally, but I witnessed the entire incident. I would like management to take this matter seriously. This happened on 11/26/2025, between 5:00 and 6:00 in the evening.
