Kiss, U Gas good-bye and say Hello to, On The Run…read more Last year, U Gas was bought out by On The Run and finally this month all the signage and brand of gas has been switched over. The gas is no longer Phillips 66, it is now Mobil. The signage and retail products inside is now all On The Run. During the transition, I strayed and started going to the QT up the street. i quickly loss interest in their offerings and customer service and started to come back here. I am so glad that I did. It is actually better now then when it was U Gas and I really liked them. I've needed to grab an easy breakfast/lunch for work and have been impressed with the offerings from OTR. For quick and easy packaged food they're better then those at QT and what was previously offered by Gigi's at U Gas. Also, I enjoy your coffee way more. Customer service is cheerful. I've just started back as a regular and they are already remembering me. Nice touch. Welcome to my hood, On The Run. I'm glad the transformation is complete. You're looking good. I'll be back? - Yes. Morning coffee and empty gas tank. When: Jan & Feb 2018 Why: Gas & Coffee

Had to tell the guy to re vacuum, I could still see stuff on carpets, clean the review mirror, clean the passenger side wheels (they were gray), vacuum out the back, and more I've already forgotten. My windshield still has spots on it and so does the front of my car. I'm so disappointed! They used to be my favorite full service car wash, but I will never go back there again!

Not only a car wash, but also a fueling station is included. What I found to be one of the more positive aspects of the business are their gas pricing through Waterway Fuels. I'm sure it's a draw into their wash, but it worked for me needing a fill up coming off the road. I encountered a friendly staff person who assisted me with payment of the wash and a ticket. Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.
