This is a much smaller Pilot than the company's usual supersized travel centers. The convenience store is about the size of a suburban QT, Circle K, or 7-11. However, it's still a truck stop so naturally there's diesel fuel, showers, and products for truckers. There are also 10 fuel pumps for auto travelers. The store has the typical packaged foods and to-go drinks. One of the things I like about Pilot is it seems to keep fairly clean restrooms and this location is no exception. read more

Hello, I would like to report an incident I witnessed today at your store, the Pilot Gas Station (a truck stop). A customer came up to the counter to pay for some items and chose a knife that was supposed to be $20 according to the box label. However, the employee rang it up for $26. The customer pointed out that the barcode or price was incorrect and calmly showed that the box said $20. At that point, the employee--who seemed to be a Black male around 36 to 42 years old--responded very rudely. The customer then said his time was more valuable, and he would just pay the $6 difference. After that, the customer asked for three packs of cigarettes. The employee requested the customer's ID. The customer only had a Green Card, which he provided. The employee checked it and saw that everything was fine, but then wanted to enter the customer's information into the computer. The customer calmly refused, saying he did not want his Green Card information stored. He also said he didn't want the cigarettes anymore. At that point, the employee became very aggressive, cursed at the customer, and even showed an inappropriate gesture before forcing him out of the store. I do not know that customer personally, but I witnessed the entire incident. I would like management to take this matter seriously. This happened on 11/26/2025, between 5:00 and 6:00 in the evening. read more

As far as travel stops go. This is not my favorite place. However, when they're are long, stretches of road between loves and you gotta go. This is probably one of the preferred truck stops to stop in at. The bathrooms are quite small comparatively and usually not as clean , but the stalls are private and they also have showers available. The selection of goods available is smaller, but they do have nicknacks for those people looking to bring home a little souvenir, or in case you need a car charger or sunglasses, you're covered. read more

Pulled up to the fuel island and was greeted with bottles of water !! Never has this happened but this is cool n thoughtful.. very very nice how they recognize there truck drivers here!! The cashiers welcomed me as I walked in n we have been here numerous of times we come back here cause everyone is always so sweet but this pilot is also the cleanest n we again will definitely be coming back !!! Thanks for keeping up with the store n even the arbys crew ... keep on being nice!! It sucks that there getting rid of some parking but it's never a bad idea to have a tire center around lol n the jack in the box that's a few feet away is cool cause u can have u jack in the box or arbys read more

We have a gas motorhome and was able to fuel here although we are at the line of the Arby's drive through. We are 35'. At least we are able to pull to our right into a large area to get out of the parking lot without hassle. Glad to have found this gas station! read more

Not a bad place to stop for the night. The staff are friendly and keep the place decent. The showers are clean and hot which is all I ask. They have limited gaming here, as well. I'll stop here again I'm sure in the future. read more

If Yelp gave me the ability to leave half of a star, I would. This Pilot was the worst we've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of stopping at for fuel, showers, coffee and snacks. There were 4 showers available when we first walked in, which is always a plus, and that is where the horrible experience began. We showered in room #3 and it was incredibly small and dirty. The floors hadn't been mopped and there was a filthy, wet, USED washcloth IN the shower from the last driver. There was also NO hot water and very little water pressure. I had to finish rinsing my hair out in the SINK. The worst of the worst. Then we decided to go grab coffee to try and warm up from the freezing cold shower and there was no sugar, no coffee straws and the blonde attendant was griping that she had to keep refilling the coffee machine. Boo-freaking-hoo. Also, there are NO tea machines, period. Has an Arby's and a Jack in the Box within walking distance and had a plentiful selection of audiobooks for 9.99$. Personally, they could start paying me to shower or shop here again, and I'd refuse. Pilot, YOU SUCK. read more
