I wish I could give this a review.. I walked into the lobby and they told me drive thru only (no note on the doer or anything) I went through the drive thru and was told to come back in 10 minutes... I went back in the store and asked to speak to the manager. The 2 girls in there said there was no manager and they could not call them? And refused to call them and just ignored me... this has been the worst experience ever!! I am so insulted!! As I walked out there were cars coming through the drive thru... I don't think I will ever come back to this place or order anything from any store that holds this name.. read more

Service has improved lately and I'm so glad. The workers used to have nothing but attitude. The smoothies are excellent!!!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. It's not that the smoothies are bad, but the service isn't very good. I have often waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes when there are no customers in line or in the store (You can easily see inside the place). And the smoothies take an incredibly long time to make. Their hours say that they're open till 9 o'clock on certain days but they will not acknowledge you at the drive-through say, past 8:30. I wish there was another smoothie place nearby. Any suggestions would be great. read more

well we pull up at 430 on Sunday afternoon. the hours of service state they are open until 8. We walk up with the open sign on , the doors were locked with the lady standing at the counter and would not open the doors or tell you why the doors were locked. while we were sitting in the car eating from Jimmy John's, there must of be10-15 people show up and leave. please if you are going to be open have people that will actually work and not sit and watch people walk and then turn around and leave. who ever owns this establishment need to look into what goes on and think about fixing there problems since it seems every one has problems here. read more

Recently went here to get 2 smoothies and a gentleman gives me one smoothie. I explained to him that I paid for 2 and would like my second drink. I continued to show him the receipt on my phone. If I could give 0 stars I would every time I come here no matter how early or late in the day no one answers at the drive thru. I went at today 8 and they had the open sign on and doors wide open but didn't answer at drive thru and when I went to go inside they said drive thru only and then proceeded to say they were closed. Hands down this is the worst Smoothie King I've ever visited, today was my second time at this particular location. I should of known today's drive through worker obviously came to work to hang out because upon pulling up to the drive through speaker and not getting a response for about 3 or 4 minutes when she did respond it was with an attitude. "Ok not a big deal"(I thought to myself)... after I placed my order crickets.... No total, no thank you for ordering, no pull around, NOTHING! I pulled around and the young lady with the cow print nails told me my total was $6.77, after I gave her my card she asked if I needed a receipt "normal enough" (thinking to myself again). After I received my receipt she closed the windows and I could see the guy who made my smoothie struggling, he was trying to clean around the lid of the cup that was messy because the cup was over filled when he placed the lid on top. I then looked to the young lady at the window who stood with her back to me and texted on her phone. After his attempt to clean the cup didn't work he gave up and sat my smoothie behind her, after her extremely important text message she proceeded to place the phone to her ear and have a phone conversation..... my smoothie is still messy and sitting behind her. I could only watch in disbelief, when she finally turned to get my smoothie (still on the phone) she moved it to the counter in front of her where it sat longer (because she was still on the phone), then she opened the window and picked up my smoothie. I stopped her and asked her for a new lid.... She closed the window sat my smoothie down in front her and picked the phone back up, I had enough and blew the horn asked for my smoothie and a new lid... "I can change it myself", the young lady gave me the smoothie and proceeded to throw the lid at me and say "girl take your lid". I would like to note the lid didn't make it inside my truck and she also didn't give me a straw nor any napkins! She was also pretty quick on closing the window, my first reaction was to give her disrespectful attitude a shower in mixed berry smoothie, leading me to believe she's had some problems before. I sat for a few moments and cleaned off my cup when the owner came to the window and tried to rectify the situation, it was to late after playing with my time and the disrespect I was subject to, I was done! Literally the least consistent Smoothie King ever. Sometimes they just don't answer when you try to order despite definitely having people inside and being during open hours. Other times we get smoothies that are missing ingredients. Only end up coming here out of convenience but this place is not good. read more

Doesn't seem as though leaving a review will help but here goes. This place is run by a bunch of teens, no responsible leadership at all. It looks like management is responding to bad reviews with an empty sorry with no real actions. This location is a gamble. They close at random times without warning and the wait times are long. A few times I was just given free smoothies because I don't think the associate could operate the register which was nice, just wondering how they even make any money. read more

Truly horrible service. They ask you to repeat every part of your order, because they are not listening. They take forever to make your smoothie. Then they make it wrong. Then they're rude about it.
