My daughter got the Tropical Bliss both times and loved it, and my wife tried one of their protein/energy cookies, which was amazing too. The customer service is just as good as the food and smoothies. We came in right before closing, and our cashier, Bri, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She never made us feel rushed at all. I just wish Juicekeys would open a location in Greensboro! We'd definitely be regulars.

It's a cute little place, with a minimal amount of seating downstairs, but there is more upstairs. I got the turkey ham sandwich with "special sauce". Husband got the roast beef one with chipotle mayo. They were both delicious, although we couldn't tell a difference in the dipping mayos. Love that they are avocado oil based ones, and meats are nitrate-free. Bread is gluten-free. Husband got a cold coffee shake that he really liked as well. It's not inexpensive, but worth it for the quality ingredients. Service did take awhile, but the Gal was super friendly. If you're in a hurry, I would recommend ordering in advance.

London Fog was spot on, lookin' gouda sandwich was really good with the mustard sauce on it. My favorite cheese is gouda so whenever I see gouda on a sandwich, it's always a must and they nailed it with this one. Also, nice that each sandwich comes with a bag of chips. Never had bee sting honey sriracha chips before, but they were really nice and crisp.

I have always enjoyed coming to JuiceVibe because the customer service is usually excellent. I work…read moreat Staples nearby, so I'm there often, and the staff knows me by name because I almost always order the Beat It juice. That personal touch is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Today, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try a different juice. Unfortunately, I really didn't enjoy it. I turned around and came back right away to let the staff know and asked for a new drink. I was surprised that I was told I would have to pay for a completely new juice instead of receiving a replacement. As a loyal, repeat customer, I found that disappointing. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation I simply didn't like the new drink and wanted to exchange it for something I know I enjoy. I believe a one-time replacement would have been a better way to take care of a regular customer. I still appreciate the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere, which is why I'm leaving this feedback. I hope management will consider a more customer-friendly approach to situations like this in the future, because I would love to continue supporting this business.

Not worth it. I gave…read morethis place two tries and both visits were a disappointing experience. The good: + the staff is friendly + the variety and flavor selection is large + the drink size is big + pup cups for your furry companions are also nice size and with a milkbone on top, for free! The not so good: - the wait. Oh my god, the wait. Prepare to wait 20+ minutes even if you order ahead using the app, and 30+ minutes if you join drive through lane. - no place to sit, it's just a pick up window - the sugar content on non-sugar free drinks is insane. - not cheap First time I ordered a cold brew with a splash of cream and cherry cream cap and I felt like it was pretty bland. All glowing recommendations for their cold brew I saw contain ungodly amount of syrup and sugar so at that point you're drinking a sweet drink with a hint of coffee, and if you order just coffee it's meh. Dare I say Starbucks cold brew is actually better? Maybe it's just me. Second time I ordered one of their energy drinks, "double rainbro" zero sugar rebel, didn't customize anything except I added strawberry boba to it. Placed an order via the app 15 minutes ahead of arrival, arrived and checked in (there is a line to check in by the way), and still waited 22 more minutes to get it. To my greatest disappointment the drink I got had no boba pearls at all which I realized after I stepped away from the pickup window. At that point, of course they were taking someone else's order, so I'd have to awkwardly cut the line and wait until the window is available, and then wait until they remake it which would've taken who knows how much longer... screw it. I left. I'm sure they would've remade it with no issues but again, after that long of a wait I honestly just didn't have the patience. I don't quite understand why this place is so hyped up. My dog approves a pup cup here but coffee is not for me, the crazy wait isn't either, so I won't be visiting again.
