I love this place! I ordered the Banana Boat ($5.29) - Ingredients: Banana's, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend. I don't like protein bc it gives a grainy texture so I just took out the protein blend. This drink was my favorite!! If you like bananas this is a must try Peanut Power Plus ($5.50) - Ingredients: Strawberry, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Dates, Nonfat Milk, and Protein Blend. You can really taste the peanut butter and the protein in this drink! Mango Smoothie ($5.29) - Ingredients: Mango, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend. Very refreshing mango smoothie if you're ever in the mood for mangoes They have many locations in Miami and also Las Vegas! If you download their app, you get $2 off your first purchase! I am writing to report a serious issue with an order I placed through Uber Eats on September 14, 2026, which arrived at approximately 7:15 PM. The order was a peanut butter, banana, and chocolate protein smoothie (no dates). When I opened the delivery bag, I noticed the smoothie cup was not sealed, which is a food safety concern, as your cups are always sealed. There was no receipt attached as well. In addition, the consistency was extremely watery, and the smoothie tasted only of banana, with no discernible peanut butter or chocolate flavor. I called the store to raise these concerns and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not there. The male employee who answered explained that the banana flavor was simply due to the bananas in the recipe. When I clarified that my concern was about the missing peanut butter and chocolate flavors as well as the safety and quality issues, he suggested I drive to the store to pick up a replacement. I explained that this was not a workable solution for me, as I am currently recovering from surgery, which is also why I placed a delivery order rather than picking it up myself. During the call, I also heard laughter in the background, which I found unprofessional given the nature of my complaint. The employee did not provide his name when I asked for it. Given the unsealed packaging, the quality of the smoothie, and the handling of my call, I am requesting a refund for this order (total charged thru Uber Eats $31.34, including tip). I would also appreciate assurance that staff will be reminded of proper food safety and customer service standards. I have ordered from this establishment previously without issue, but this experience was disappointing on multiple levels. I look forward to your response. I had exactly the same experience at the Coral Gables store as Caro C below. It was last Saturday, Nov 29 at around 11am. I got the impression the other girl working there was in the process of learning but apprehensive about asking this particular rude girl for help. I won't be going back. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. I had a BOGO coupon, bought a SMALL strawberry smoothie and paid almost $8. I had originally requested almond milk but when I was told the price was over $10, I ordered regular milk. read more

Food allergy . We told the waiter and he didn't understand so he went and got someone else. And she understood. She took our drink order then she took our dinner order. We asked about the cilantro and her words were I'll make sure they don't give you cilantro. Well truth be told the food was good but there was cilantro in a serving dish with the meat near it spilled on the platter. Me and my husband looked at each other. We couldn't find our waitress so then we asked a waiter to get our waitress she never came. She came when we were done. She never asked anything put the bill on table and walked away. To our surprise we were hit with a 18% percent surcharge, we both looked at each other and said we'll pay the bill but no tip. I waited outside for our uber driver to pick us up. When I got back to the hotel, I took a shower took some Benadryl because I had been itching at dinner. All I'm going to say is Noone seemed to care at that restaurant about MY food allergy. I have been drinking water all nite in the room and taking Benadryl. This was a horrible experience but I won't go back at all $ 175 dollars later. read more

I've been ordering from here very often lately and every time I go the employees are not friendly and even when I've gone out of my way to have any kind of interaction I'm left with no response. Today I went and again the parking is insane. The two spots on the back there was one car parked across both spots.I had to park cross wards like they did my end of car was peaking out, they stated it was for employees only and when I walked back out I was getting a parking ticket, the employee comes outside with a sharpie to make sure it said "employees only" wow thanks smoothie king, I will never come there again, employees are horrible and feel entitled. And your miniature hand writing of Employee only doesn't cut it. Thanks a lot smoothie king you just cost me $60 to get a smoothie. read more

Hello, I would like to express my annoyance about the terrible service today at 8:30 pm at the Coral Gables store. The girl who was serving did not even deign to look at us or respond to our greeting, much less serve us. We left the store because she simply did not want to serve us, she only ignored us for 5 minutes while we were trying to order what we wanted. It is a real shame that they have someone like that in the store. Unfortunately, the service was 0, and we were left wanting to buy what we wanted. read more

Sometimes I try to do this instead of dinner. Sometimes it's enough, sometimes I need something more. What is true every time is that the smoothies are tasty, the service is nice and friendly, and the health measures due to covid-19 are enforced... even if the hand sanitizer sometimes shoots away from your hands and into your clothes , or the card reader, etc. Whatever you're looking for in a smoothie, you can get it here. read more

Absolutely worst smoothie king I've ever been to. The last 3 times I have come, and my roommate separately as well, the workers were fighting and arguing. They were saying "I'll fuck you up" in front of customers and were incredibly rude. One female told a taller male to go home that he is useless and didn't want him there. Literally wouldn't work or make the smoothie until he left. He ended up making it. To top it off the 3 times I've come the regular gladiator strawberry banana is trash. Protein was not added, it was water and strawberries blended. No banana, no vanilla protein. Plenty of better smoothie locations than this garbage spot. I've had similar feedback from friends who live in the neighborhood. Check your staff and hire better individuals, you are losing business. read more

Love love love Smoothie King! This location is really nice, place is clean, employees are super nice and they do a nice job with the smoothie that I ordered. One of my favorite things I love is "The Hulk". It comes in strawberry, vanilla or chocolate. My favorite is the strawberry and I add peanut butter to it with no sugar. It taste sooooo good don't let the no sugar fool you because all of the fruits have natural sugar so it taste amazing. The hulk hence the word does have a lot of good calories but it has a lot so make sure you read the caloric count. This location is small with no indoor seating but that's perfectly fine. The service is fast and love hay they have Apple Pay. Keep doing a great job managing this location and I definitely recommend a visit if you haven't so yet. read more

I stopped by this place with a friend on a Sunday morning after a workout class nearby. Parking is available on the street and the shop is relatively small. We both ordered the strawberry banana smoothie but I got mine with almond milk which I'm glad they had! They made our drinks quickly and they were both ready at the same time. The smoothie was thick, sweet, and very refreshing. I also noticed they had a wide selection of drinks, including protein shakes. If you're craving something refreshing I would hit this place up! read more

I walked into this place hoping to get smoothie but the guy started being very rude when I asked about the parking in the back. The two young girls that work here are RUDE AF! I've tried three different times to come here, and each time, one or the other, or both, are just insanely rude. They literally won't answer questions, won't smile, won't say a word except "cash or card. What size." Even their body language and physical movements are so aggressive, they will literally slam your smoothie down on the counter with anger and flip their hair and turn away without looking at you. And snatch your credit card out of your hand to pay. Another time, one of them was on a call on her cell phone arguing with someone the entire time. I realize Miami is full of rude people but this is next level. read more

I know that the service in Florida, specifically Miami, is horrible across the board. That's my opinion. But anyways, it can't get any worst here. You would think places like this would have at least decent service. Guy comes up just looking at me like, "What?". And he just stares with out saying anything. No greeting, what can I help you with. Do you have any questions, or let me know when you're ready. Nothing. Just a day looking at me with a depressed face. And I always say if you don't like where you're working, don't work there. Simple but it's obvious that this guy hates his job, and is working there as if he's almost forced to. Well, that reflects on the customer service which causes people like me to write reviews like this. Which intern makes the business look really bad, because if it were up to me, I would never go back there again, I'll just look for another smoothie place that has better service, then have to go back to a place where they have service like this. I guess I wouldn't blame the employee, this is also a reflection of management. There may not be any kind of Policies in order so that employees like this can make sure that customer service is at a high-level. Anyways, I won't go there again specially, if they have employees like this working there. If I go somewhere like Starbucks or even juice it up or any other chain smoothie spot they have better service. I'd rather go there. Hopefully someone in management watch the cameras to see what's going on with customer service. And if they actually do something about it. Motivate your employees help them grow help them be happy. Give them a reason to wanna help your customers so that way you get returning customers and not bad reviews like this. read more

Sometimes a batido resolves a lot. With plenty of fruity smoothies and supplements featured on their menu, it makes it the ideal spot for a quick afternoon boost needed to keep you going. I always add a wheatgrass shot because I truly believe it's miracle juice. With plenty of variety like creamy peanut butter protein blends to juicy, light and fruity refreshing and restorative mixes, you can customize your shake however you'd like. I always go for berries with an orange juice base giving me the tart and antioxidant replenishment I'm searching for when I come here. You can add extra boosts for a fee when you are trying to load up on certain nutrients. It's perfect before or after a workout as it's filling without being too overwhelming. I'm always in and out of here in no time which makes it quick and easy to make a stop here. read more

I was mistreated by a worker that looks big and fat with glasses. He gave me a half bowl of açaí and when I asked why he impolitely with attitude told me that how he was trained. He had headphones on and didn't care about me at all. I felt uncomfortable in that place with him, even though it's a such a good location. But they should have better service. I think the girls are good. It's him that gives the place a bad look and a bad smell too. He had dirty hands no gloves touching the food and if you dare to say anything he will give you an attitude. I went there to have a good time and ended up going home mad and unhappy. Do not go there if you see a dirty fat guy pretending to be working. He is unfit to work in a such place. He is unhappy too. He should be work at Mac Donald's or another fatfood place. read more

It seems like this location missed a bit of training. They didn't seem to know there was a strawberry or chocolate option for this drink and tried to charge me extra. They didn't seem to know their own menu. I'd have to say that the store was pretty clean. However when I got my smoothie there were these huge brown chunks (pictures) in my drink. It wasn't blended at all. I had to take the drink home and put it in my personal blender to blend all of the contents in the drink. read more

Walked here with the GF one morning to grab a smoothie. The young lady behind the counter was the only one there on a Sunday morning and the people in front of us clearly had never ordered a smoothie anywhere ever and were making things difficult by changing and adding and in general being those types of customers that irritate everyone in the building, whether they are workers or customers. This young lady handled them with ease and managed to get them out fairly quickly. We ordered and sadly they are out of the immune booster powder. Not a deal breaker, but a bummer because I felt like I was coming down with something. Oh well, I just took extra probiotics when I got home. I ordered the immune booster smoothie sans the powder. She whipped it right up and kept profusely apologizing about the powder. I told her that if that was the worst thing to happen to me today, then life is pretty ok. :) I would definitely go back. Good portion of smoothie for the price and there is a rewards program. read more
