A little bit on the sweet side but that's because of the protein powder. The #8 BerryPower was a little bit more sour. I'm assuming because of the açaí and the blueberries. Overall they were both great! Wish they were a little bit more on the frozen side. They were very liquidy. Thicker straws would be great too. Nutrition MIA is rather small place but packed with lots of smoothie, herbal tea, protein waffles, and acai bowls. It's a family business, which I admire and fully support. They do seem to use Herbalife products, which is not advertised and I am not particularly a fan of. But nonetheless, what we ordered was delicious. We ordered two smoothies and three teas. My passion chai tea had aloe (mandarin flavor) and I know that herbal life products has flavored aloes. Go check them out.
