Tried to pay for two smoothies with $100 bill towards the end of the night and was told they don't have enough money in the register to give me change. So I left and came home to make myself a smoothie which I'll continue to do to avoid ridiculous issues like this one. How does a business not have adequate change? read more

I made an online order Friday morning while I was at Crunch. I went to the place at 7:30am and there were no workers. I tried calling later and no answer. I need a refund and still no answer on Saturday. read more

They don't speak English and don't care to learn. The smoothies are fine, ordering requires you to look up Google translate on your phone almost every time you go there. read more

Ordered online and had zero issues. Staff was friendly, order was accurate, and no wait! The smoothie was delicious, too. I'd go back to this location if you're a SK fan. read more

Smoothie King - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Austin, Texas

To the boss, teach and educate your employees. I asked about the free coffee promotion for national coffee day and they had no clue about it so I showed them the smoothie king website poster and that didn't help them so I had to pay for my drink. read more

Ruined my morning almost missed my flight because of the slow service waited 45 minutes for a smoothie bowl and 2 pieces of toast. It was so bad that they outright told me they would not be able to make my bowl and gave me a refund. Overall just terrible service and unfriendly staff. read more

Went into this location last week and the workers were eating French fries while behind the counter. Then proceeded to make smoothies without washing their hands or putting down the food. This smoothie king used to be my go to, sad to say not that I will likely never go back. read more

While the smoothies are consistent and tasty, Fabiola is less than fabu. No personality no energy no professionalism. Your employees are part of the product. If they dont represent the "king" experience invite them to leave. read more

The service was terrible the smoothie i wanted tasted like rocks. The person taking my order didnt speak english (which i dont even know why yall would hire somebody that doesn't speak english) and she was just dumping stuff in the blender. Im never coming back. read more

Sunday morning and there is ONE person working! She was doing fantastic. Friendly and polite, and my drink came out amazing despite having many customizations. I forgot to ask her name but she could get a shoutout or bonus or something for being the only person in the store when it was busy and still providing great customer service. I've been to Smoothie Kings where 3-4 people were behind the counter during a lull and my drink didn't come out right. This worker at this location today was a rockstar. read more

I've gone to this location 15 times over the past two months after my workouts, before work. They opened late 14 of those time. Do not go to this location in the mornings they are very unreliable. read more

Showed up at 7:15am and store was dark inside. Door says they open at 7 AM. Waited until 7:30 but no one showed. Bummer.

After supporting my daughter's Smoothie addiction, I have opted to join the craze and am really happy about it. I finally found a location on the way home, and I am very happy!! The service was great and my nutty super grain w/kale was perfect. Thank you Smoothie King read more

We come to this location right after the gym. They make really good smoothies and have a lot of boosters you can add to the smoothies. Their smoothies come in large sizes. The workers are pretty quick with making the smoothies too read more

Smoothie King - Vegan Mango Kale my new fav! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Austin, Texas

There were four employees working when I went on a Sunday afternoon to order two smoothies. Not one of the employees could speak English. I had some questions and they just looked at me and said no English. I couldn't communicate with them so I left and went to Juiceland. the employees were very nice and courteous but I couldn't communicate with them so I had to leave. It seems they should always have at least one English speaking employee at their locations. read more

Service was great! Matthew was very attentive and helpful. Quickest I've ever gotten my smoothie.

When I arrived at the store, I was the only customer. I ordered two smoothies. Within minutes, the store had a line and the cashier had to ask for help. The woman who came to assist walked out looking visibly uninterested in doing her job. Without any direction, she started making drinks out of order. Despite placing my order first, several smoothies were made before mine. When I raised a question about this, I was told they didn't know which order was mine and they continued taking new orders and making whatever they felt like. After a few more minutes, I asked for my money back. They stated again that they had no clue what I ordered, so I probably could have asked for double the money back. Amidst this chaos, I was informed that my drink was made. Only one, mind you--I ordered two. They simply split one smoothie unevenly into two cups. With complete disgust, I left. This is such a shame. Smoothie King has such a great product and it's so close to my gym, but there is no way I'll ever visit this location again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. read more

My teacher gave me candy. very good smoothie. Service good. Took a good poop in clean restrooms.

Right away as I walked in the staff was friendly and attentive. Cameron, the manager was friendly and attentive to all the customers. Benjamin was also very friendly with all the customers. I couldn't get through. I walked in, don't see my order. I proceed to wait. One of the workers asked me about my order. She appeared shocked and grabbed my receipt. It's 10:35am I now have my drink. read more

This poor place! Get them some help! The kids there are sweet but most of the time it's one guy working and he is swamped. He's hustling but the wait is tough. Please hire more people for this location. read more

Great customer service for younger people running the store. They were obviously under staffed on a Sunday but had great attitude and did the best they could. Also gave me a larger drink for the wait which as a company owner I would hope my employees would do the same for the customers if there were inconveniences. Will definitely be coming back and hoping the job market changes were all of these type stores will be less under staffed and less no shows. read more

Picked up a big order over $100 and girl complained to me the whole time I was there of how much work it was to get it ready. That they need 24 hours for large orders- I called 1.5 hours ahead of time thinking that would be plenty of time for 8 smoothies- guess not! I got chocolate something and it was gross! Tastes like artificial powder. Yucky!! Anywho- I changed locations (bee caves) for the office I bring these too and they were happy to have my business! read more

WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION....CUZ THEY WILL DEFINITELY WASTE YOURS!! Waited for nearly 45 minutes for 3 small smoothies!! That is just plain Ridiculous! Not environmentally friendly. I was told today that the workers at Smoothie King would be fired if they poured a drink into a customers cup. I get a smoothie daily for my son that I put in a yeti mug until today. I guess the plastic cups are more important to them and firing the employees seems a bit harsh for something especially in Austin. Question should be asked why is this so important them ? Are they worried about employee theft. There are better ways to curb this behavior. Not impressed at all. Time to go back across the street to smoothie factory. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Austin, Texas

Clean up a little bit and if could get more stars. It was a busy time, so lots of slob customers. Smoothie was good on a hot day however.

I have been waiting for weeks for the "Opening Soon" signs to come down. I was so happy to see the "open" light sign on this morning when I passed by. After a morning of exploring the greenbelt and an afternoon of cleaning the house I was ready for a smoothie. So, I called a neighbor who was also anticipating the opening and we walked over to The Smoothie King. OMG this place is a Hypoglycemic nightmare if you need sugar fast because there are way too many options... It took us a good 15 minutes of asking questions to decide on what we wanted. I had the Blueberry Heaven (blueberries. bananas, protein powder and honey) and my friend had the Banana Berry Treat (strawberry, banana, raspberry sorbet and protein powder). Both were delicious but I especially liked the smoothie creaminess of the raspberry sorbet. If you want to make your smoothie even healthier there all sorts of 'Enhancers" you can add to your smoothie. I will update as I explore more of the healthy menu... read more

This is one of the few places where you can get a seriously healthy smoothie without all the sugary additives that so many other places put in theirs. The can be a little pricey once you start adding things in but definitely worth it for a post workout lift. read more

I love Smoothie King because my hubby butt loves Smoothie Kings. I think they're a GREAT way to introduce raw-food-a-phobes to the wonderful world of smoothies and fresh juices! When I was in Mississippi and didn't know any better, I thought Smoothie King was healthy; that was before I tried Juice Land and my 80/20 lifestyle. I was always surprised by how sweet their fruits were! Now, when I go, I realize that their smoothies are cloyingly sweet. This is because they add sugar to the smoothies, which is "fine" because it's raw sugar. That's "healthy" right? Nope! Because one smoothie comes in at 600+ calories! Yikes! I can't fault them for that; I think this is a personal preference, and I DO like their smoothies, especially the Pineapple Surf. If you want true healthy, make your own or go to Daily Juice, Juice Land, or Whole Foods, in that order. read more

I love smoothies. They put me in a good mood, at least for an hour or so. I also like energy bars. Put the two together and voila! Delicioso! It's not really difficult to make a good smoothie, but some people just can't do it. Smoothie King does it right. I was here today and the employees were nice too. If it's the last dance, the last chance for a smoothie, go to the King of smoothies. That's Smoothie King. read more

I came here a couple weeks a go because I had a coupon for a free smoothie. The service was basic nothing to write home about. However, the smoothie was great I had a strawberry mango with nothing extra in it like a protein boost for example I was expecting to be told about the smoothie king concept, but that never happened. I recommend this spot if you want a great tasting smoothie, but there's no need to go out of your way. read more

I enjoyed my Strawberry Kiwi Breeze smoothie and since I went in on Monday I got upgraded to a Medium for the same price as a small. Will I be going to Smoothie King again? Yes and I would like to try other smoothies and shakes. I am familiar with fresh juices and told the cashier I wanted no added sugar in my smoothie not sure if she remembered but it was to tasty to send back and it was delicious. Next time I am not sure what I will order but I would be excited to try the other stuff on the menu. read more

This place is pretty good. The workers have always been very friendly and the smoothies turn out great. However, the menu is an abomination of confusion and the smoothies are bigger and more expensive than the competition. read more

I don't normally leave negative reviews. My smoothie was great but the employee working was very rude. He didn't bother to take his AirPods out and barely said two words to me. I absolutely can't stand going somewhere where I am made to feel like me being there is a burden to the employees. I felt very uncomfortable. I'll probably return because the smoothies are decent but I was very upset. read more

Wish you could give NO stars. Missing the old staff. The sweet girl, Jordan. The nice young man, Josh. When the store was closed for two days I just knew it was because the two best, the two FAVORITE staff members had quit. When they reopened after a few days I only saw one person working. This Smoothie King WILL go out of business without a good staff. The owners are rude and never present at the store. I met the owner named Mike once and as I explained to him that I was a regular customer BECAUSE of the girl working (Jordan) he looked at me with dead eyes and had nothing to say about her at all. He shook it off and said, "we appreciate your business." Which I KNOW is code for, "I don't give a shit, all I want is money." For whatever reason Jordan and Josh quit, I'm sure it was for good reasoning. I wouldn't give that store another cent of my money. read more
