The process to rent shouldn't be this difficult for anyone looking for a home or place to move into. There's a way to be more efficient and effective in how things are being done. Figure it out soon. So, we called the City of Clovis and they issued a citation. If they were kind and let us know they were working on it then good, but don't give us an attitude when we are trying to help.
