Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.

Well worth every penny. The only small issue I have: the courtesy call of "30 minutes out" was actually more like an hour. But, beggars cannot be choosers when they were willing to come out first thing in the morning on Memorial Day. They still showed up & we're upmost professionals the entirety. Charles & Jonathon were my crew today- upmost praise! I didn't have a massive haul- moving out of my shoebox & my health is seriously compromised, so removing a lot of the junk was not within my physical capacity. Upon calling, they wanted to come out and do an initial consult to quote. I asked to bypass that & flat out explained: I have just a patio with everything ready to go! They absolutely obliged & got me scheduled with a rough quote- seemed steep but I knew it would change once they saw the actual load. Two gentleman showed up & promptly got to it. It was just a patio worth, so the entirety took less than an hour. They threw everything off to the side then hauled it back to the truck for full removal. What I sincerely appreciated: they allowed me to take a moment to salvage an item of value (which they even deemed of value) out of a suitcase being discarded before tossing it. The sincerity was priceless, so was the patience! Because for some of us hoarders, this isn't the easiest process. They made sure to remove every trace. And even better- came back in to sweep my entire patio & leave it looking dang near perfect! Before removing, they went back over the estimate with me, which I agreed to. Upon conclusion, they gauged it by total truck load- approximately 1-1/2 load. So, the overall cost was extremely reasonable & not more than the job was actually worth. So it's very evident they are not overcharging & I appreciate there being no "minimum" or loopholes like that! They have their own card scanner, which is very convenient. You aren't charged until the job is completed & signed off. Both crew members were very respectful of everything & pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be utilizing again in the future if I let things pile up to this extent again! What is even better: this is a nationwide business but also locally operated as WOMEN OWNED! And, I got the best customer service from my initial call. Great company with great results & a total life saver in a time crunch! You won't find better service for a better price. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures.
