The product was NOT lotion - it was SALVE. Salve and lotion are NOT the same thing. In that this did not make me happy - I returned to the store to show them what I had purchased. I was actually trying to be helpful. Voices were raised as I was trying to explain my situation - and ultimately was told to leave. I am a 78 year old female Oregonian looking for some relief. I wanted lotion. I have salve instead. I was trying to be helpful and informative to the staff. The conversation turned unfriendly quickly - and rude. If I were the owner/manager - I would probably terminate the female clerk - and make certain my staff knew the products they were selling. If you can't open them in the store, go to the parking lot. All we have are words to communicate - sales people should know their products - and customers need to be treated respectfully.. Would I return ? i would probably go across the street to Thunder!
