I went there. Drove from Centralia because it's one of the only dispensaries in the area that is still open till 11:00 p.m.. I was driving pretty fast because I know I was pushing the time, but right as I pulled up at 11:59 with I know only 1 minutes to spare but I did pull up jumped out of my car left it running ran up to the door right? As I ran up they ran and turn the open sign off and as I grabbed the door they locked it right as I was trying to come in. Yes it did turn 11 but I would have been in the store before that. I already knew what I wanted. I knew they were closing soon. I wasn't going to be a jerk and take a long time, I said oh my gosh please I just drove all the way from Centralia as fast as I could and made it on time barely but really please. And I quote the lady that was working said sorry not my problem. I was very upset. I was more offended because I have worked in the dispensary department before and if someone pulled into our parking lot of minutes before clothes obviously is because they want to come in. Never ever would myself or one of my coworkers run to the sign, turn it off and then locked the door just as they're about to walk in. That is the worst customer service in my opinion that you could possibly give. I felt so offended because I had tried to drive as fast as I could make it, which even if it was a minute it was still open. But they knew I was running in walk and to turn off the open sign and locked the door so that I couldn't get in in time, well I will never go back there again. I will definitely never ever advise anybody to go there. And I will very much Make it a goal of mine to tell anybody or any friends of mine to not go there because of that reason. Customer service is the most important thing when it comes to any business. + To be treated like that was appalling. I know somebody of you might think I'm making a way big deal about this, but you don't understand how rude it was and disrespectful, you've ever worked anywhere and then part of customer service, do you know that that is the biggest thing of a business. So rudely walk a customer out when they all be asleep or trying their hardest and fastest to make a quick buy, well then they don't want my business, so I won't give them my business. I'm sure they could care less, and I'm sure that they're laughing about any review I have put up, cuz I put it up on every one I possibly could find. Don't go to 420 market in Grand mound Washington. They were very rude to me, in frankly ruined my night. If you know what I mean. I was going to give them such a great tip for being awesome and making my night. Totally screwed me over. Sold me a bad cartridge and then wouldn't return it because I didn't have the packaging. I had the receipt and a full cart but that wasn't good enough. Who the hell keeps the packaging?! This is a ridiculous rip off and I'll never buy anything from you again. read more

MUCH ALOHAZ to 420 Grand Central! Shoutout to Patrick, Jim, Lucy, and the rest of the crew! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, no hesitation to help me out since this was my first trip ever into Washington's wonderful world of Cannabis! It can be overwhelming, think Toys R Us but for adults! All staff (customers too!) I encountered were more then willing to take the time to explain the different products and recommend some pretty awesome stuff! Can't really say anything about pricing as I have nothing to compare it to, but I can admit I certainly felt an exchange in abundance with 420 Grand Central! Good selection. Awful service. I've been a loyal customer at this store since Day One, and the service the last few times I've been in was atrocious. Tonight was the final straw. By far my favorite place to re-up. Apon entry, you have to show your ID and are greeted by a staff member to cater to your shopping needs. They ask you what you're looking for and give you a buzzard when you put in your order. 5 minutes or less, the buzzard goes off and your order is ready.
