I purchased the product that was suggested last week - although today a couple of other suggestions were made. In that apparently these products cannot be opened - no one has tried them - or is aware of the contents. One has only the words on the package - and the package is not available to the customer until you pay. After paying, I left the store. Once in my car, I opened the box and opened the jar. The product was NOT lotion - it was SALVE. Salve and lotion are NOT the same thing. In that this did not make me happy - I returned to the store to show them what I had purchased. I was actually trying to be helpful. Voices were raised as I was trying to explain my situation - and ultimately was told to leave. I am a 78 year old female Oregonian looking for some relief. I wanted lotion. I have salve instead. I was trying to be helpful and informative to the staff. The conversation turned unfriendly quickly - and rude. If I were the owner/manager - I would probably terminate the female clerk - and make certain my staff knew the products they were selling. If you can't open them in the store, go to the parking lot. All we have are words to communicate - sales people should know their products - and customers need to be treated respectfully.. Would I return ? i would probably go across the street to Thunder!

I contacted Rocky Top and they said they had a kit and would help me shop for anything he needed. I went down on a Saturday and was helped by the most kind, helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgable lady ever. She was able to get me hooked up with every possible thing he needs to brew at home including helping me find a perfect recipe for his first batch and all of the ingredients that he will need for the recipe. I wouldn't have had a clue where to start yet for $300.00 I walked out with EVERY SINGLE THING needed to start brewing. She even said if I end up not needing something to bring the item back and she would give me credit for something else. The store is clean and well organized, parking was easy, and the place is easy to find. I am very impressed with this operation. Also, I would like to mention that I think the other yelper who gave this location 1 star is in really bad form. You have no idea why they had to move their business, health reasons? financial reasons? You don't know, and to knock someone's choice to move their business and give them 1 star only because of that is absolutely unfair and in poor taste. Do better.

Always willing to reach out to doctors for refills and any other needs they might be able to help with. Don really cares about his customers and our health and it shows.
