In that apparently these products cannot be opened - no one has tried them - or is aware of the contents. One has only the words on the package - and the package is not available to the customer until you pay. After paying, I left the store. Once in my car, I opened the box and opened the jar. The product was NOT lotion - it was SALVE. Salve and lotion are NOT the same thing. In that this did not make me happy - I returned to the store to show them what I had purchased. I was actually trying to be helpful. Voices were raised as I was trying to explain my situation - and ultimately was told to leave. I am a 78 year old female Oregonian looking for some relief. I wanted lotion. I have salve instead. I was trying to be helpful and informative to the staff. The conversation turned unfriendly quickly - and rude. If I were the owner/manager - I would probably terminate the female clerk - and make certain my staff knew the products they were selling. If you can't open them in the store, go to the parking lot. All we have are words to communicate - sales people should know their products - and customers need to be treated respectfully.. Would I return ? i would probably go across the street to Thunder!

I was more offended because I have worked in the dispensary department before and if someone pulled into our parking lot of minutes before clothes obviously is because they want to come in. Never ever would myself or one of my coworkers run to the sign, turn it off and then locked the door just as they're about to walk in. That is the worst customer service in my opinion that you could possibly give. I felt so offended because I had tried to drive as fast as I could make it, which even if it was a minute it was still open. But they knew I was running in walk and to turn off the open sign and locked the door so that I couldn't get in in time, well I will never go back there again. Additionally, they don't carry plaid jacket, which is the number one brand in the area. The fire Brothers products are comparable, but they never keep enough of it around. They also keep their menu current online which is a real big plus, so you can see if they have what you want before you make the drive. They also give a flat 10% discount on medical, so that is an additional 1 or 2 percent over most places. As for prices - there is a product I have bought at Millers for $50 for 1000mg of CBD capsules. Elsewhere I have seen the exact same product by the same producer sold for $90. And they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping CBD products in stock. If you are in need of CBD products and have friends that are in the same situation, it might be a good idea to make a road trip as a group to save a ton of money. Staff seem knowledgeable and friendly. If you know what you want when you walk in the door you will be in and out in no time. It looks like their regular pot products are priced as well as their CBD products.
