I was driving pretty fast because I know I was pushing the time, but right as I pulled up at 11:59 with I know only 1 minutes to spare but I did pull up jumped out of my car left it running ran up to the door right? As I ran up they ran and turn the open sign off and as I grabbed the door they locked it right as I was trying to come in. Yes it did turn 11 but I would have been in the store before that. I already knew what I wanted. I knew they were closing soon. I wasn't going to be a jerk and take a long time, I said oh my gosh please I just drove all the way from Centralia as fast as I could and made it on time barely but really please. And I quote the lady that was working said sorry not my problem. I was very upset. I was more offended because I have worked in the dispensary department before and if someone pulled into our parking lot of minutes before clothes obviously is because they want to come in. Never ever would myself or one of my coworkers run to the sign, turn it off and then locked the door just as they're about to walk in. That is the worst customer service in my opinion that you could possibly give. I felt so offended because I had tried to drive as fast as I could make it, which even if it was a minute it was still open. But they knew I was running in walk and to turn off the open sign and locked the door so that I couldn't get in in time, well I will never go back there again. I will definitely never ever advise anybody to go there. And I will very much Make it a goal of mine to tell anybody or any friends of mine to not go there because of that reason. Customer service is the most important thing when it comes to any business. + To be treated like that was appalling. I know somebody of you might think I'm making a way big deal about this, but you don't understand how rude it was and disrespectful, you've ever worked anywhere and then part of customer service, do you know that that is the biggest thing of a business. So rudely walk a customer out when they all be asleep or trying their hardest and fastest to make a quick buy, well then they don't want my business, so I won't give them my business. I'm sure they could care less, and I'm sure that they're laughing about any review I have put up, cuz I put it up on every one I possibly could find. Don't go to 420 market in Grand mound Washington. They were very rude to me, in frankly ruined my night. If you know what I mean. I was going to give them such a great tip for being awesome and making my night. Most incompetent staffing I've ever seen in a retail establishment…read more When I walked in, 2 employees were arguing with a customer over 12 cents. NO other customers in the store, and no other employees either. They should have just tossed a quarter at the woman and not lose a $120 sale because they can't lose 12 cents. After standing for that for 20 minutes, finally one of the employees came to "help" me. She had a battle of wits with the checkout system... not knowing how to use it. After taking 15 minutes to get me checked out, she watched me walk to the ATM (theirs!) and get a stack of 20s for my purchase. It took her 15 minutes to carefully examine everything about these bills.. that were not my responsibility. Then she tells me she entered items wrong, and needed to start over. Give her my ID, phone number... she does it again. When she asked me the third time for my information, I just grabbed my cash and walked out. Overall, I spent 45 minutes trying to give money to people too incompetent to take it.

I had the receipt and did acknowledge the date but as I explained I had been out of town and today was the first chance I had to exchange it. I understand the policy but it was only 1 day late on the receipt date the gentleman was going to give me an exchange but the African American girl said no and offered me 20 percent off another one telling me it was a big amount being how I was already out the original 20 she expected me to pay another 16 dollars to end up paying $36 for a $20 item. No thank you and I will not ever return to this store nor do I recommend anyone else to go there.
