It was my bad for placing the back protector and chest guards into a single plastic sleeve. I was not watching the return being made and I assumed everything was returned. To my surprise I later saw my email that only the jacket and back protector had been returned. Uh oh! My chest guards were left at the store and I never was refunded. I called back the next morning, pleasantly given good news that when the lady realized she had the chest protector, she did the return transaction for me! Great staff! So glad I didn't have to make another trip to the store to settle the chest guards!

There's sooo options for a good Helmer's. Prices range from $65 to $600+. My budget was $300. And I found one that's $225. Even found a good pair of gloves on clearance.. One thing I did see and I mentioned it too then is that there isn't enough selections for women in shoes.. And they said well, women riding didn't take off until 5 yrs ago. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed!
