Went back 2 weeks later nothing, they said they would order it again. I went in there today and some little sarcastic girl said they sold out, we weren't born yesterday. We wonder why small businesses don't survive, quit lying to customers. No integrity. I spend over 200 a week there, I will be taking business elsewhere, best thing they can do is close the doors and let a real business owner run it. It didn't go so well for Mighty Mouse, the loudmouth proprietor, because after I threw his taunts back in his face, he got flustered, squeezed out a forced chuckle, and turned his attention elsewhere. The are better, hassle-free, cigars than MSS in the Cleveland area, including the far more welcoming Havana Choice, to name just one.

For starters - their cigar selection was paltry; most of the boxes on the shelves were empty. The pricing on what they did have was good so I made due, but that was disappointing. Next, I think they have a sitting fee for visitors, but I came in ~1hr before closing and I wasn't charged. The place has two floors: first floor is the shop and the 2nd floor is the lounge. When I went upstairs, the place was empty (which is fine) but my issue was the cleanliness. The space was not well kept; all the chairs were worn, several areas had ash on the floor, and the bathroom was extremely untidy. I was there roughly 45 minutes and while someone came by to check on me... I think he was going to the bathroom (and figured he would kill two birds with one stone.) In closing, the sticks weren't expensive, and the upstairs is a decent size. If you're not particular, by all means stop in and give them a try. That said I can't recommend this location because I expect more service, a larger selection and a cleaner space.
