Vapercast in Sheffield Village is by far the best vape shop I have been to. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable and patient. They walked me through buying the vape best for me and was patient while I tried just about every flavor ( and there is alot) till I found the one I liked.... I went to 2 others before going there and at vapercast I had the very best experience compared to the other places. They care about helping you quit smoking rather than selling you a product like it's a fad.... thanks Mike and your staff!!! read more

I've usually had good experiences going to local vape shops, that is until I came across this place...The shop itself is nice enough by all appearances, they even have a decent selection of juices, but the jerk offs working there are the problem. My girlfriend has been there twice and had problems with them trying to sell her crap she doesn't want or need and also closing the shop before posted hours, presumably to lock the store up and hustle off and pat each other on the back as they blow "sick clouds bro". I've been vaping a little longer than her so I decided to give it a shot. They wouldn't let me drip the flavors I wanted to try as they said it was against the law??? I've been to every shop in the Greater Cleveland area and I always drip. If you don't want to waste your 0 nic horse shit, I suggest getting more than crappy stick e-cigs as testers, maybe move up to a tank tester so I can actually get 1/2 the flavor profile. Whenever I go to a shop I always end up buying a decent amount of products and come back often so you're losing out on a good customer that would promote your business. There are waaaaaaaaay better shops in the area skip this one imo read more

If you want to stop smoking this is the place. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. They make sure you leave with the right set up for your individual needs. Other shops are all about "big clouds". This one is in it for your health. read more

These guys are my FAVORITE. Big Mike, the owner, is heavily involved in vape politics and got the guy into vaping who trained me in vaping. Dusty and Mike are extremely awesome in terms of knowledge and customer service. I would trust these guys with any vape knowledge. They are not "cloud bros" by any stretch of the means mentioned in a prior review. They're personable and socialble. The shop is set up beautifully and I love spending time here chatting with them and talking to customers. Lots of juice to choose from, a smattering of mods and tanks and drip tips, and just a great environment. They're simply the best and the customer service is top notch. read more

I bought an iJoy Mini Elite Mod Kit.. well over the weekend I had nothing but battery issues to which it would "fully" charge then an hour later the battery meter would drop to one bar... Went to to the store your clerk there is awesome by the way (Hi Diamond - The Doggy) but my only disappointment was the fact that I was told that her manager said and I'm paraphrasing "that's how the batteries are with those" well if the battery life with that particular mod was that crappy I would have never bought the thing to begin with.. but anyways I ended up buying another mod which works a lot better but I'm still not happy that Im stuck with a defective product that I essentially wasted my money on mod that Im waiting to hear back to see if I can even get it warrantied out... Im just very disappointed that I wasn't even offered a refund/store credit just a discount on another mod (which I spent another $90 BTW) I just feel as a loyal customer I was dissed in a way...

I've been coming go VaporCast for a long time now and I absolutely love it here. I am very close friends with the employees and have never seen them treat a costumer in a negative manor or be rude to them. If you do not want something and are just looking they will give you the information you ask and will go above and beyond to give you anything you need. VaporCast is also just a good place to hang out at meet new people. I for one love coming here and have made really great friends here. A truly great vape shop. Premium juice and equipment across the board. the staff however, sets this shop apart. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, the industry AND how to help you quit or lessen your desire to smoke cigarettes.
