My girlfriend has been there twice and had problems with them trying to sell her crap she doesn't want or need and also closing the shop before posted hours, presumably to lock the store up and hustle off and pat each other on the back as they blow "sick clouds bro". I've been vaping a little longer than her so I decided to give it a shot. They wouldn't let me drip the flavors I wanted to try as they said it was against the law??? I've been to every shop in the Greater Cleveland area and I always drip. If you don't want to waste your 0 nic horse shit, I suggest getting more than crappy stick e-cigs as testers, maybe move up to a tank tester so I can actually get 1/2 the flavor profile. Whenever I go to a shop I always end up buying a decent amount of products and come back often so you're losing out on a good customer that would promote your business. There are waaaaaaaaay better shops in the area skip this one imo

Went to to the store your clerk there is awesome by the way (Hi Diamond - The Doggy) but my only disappointment was the fact that I was told that her manager said and I'm paraphrasing "that's how the batteries are with those" well if the battery life with that particular mod was that crappy I would have never bought the thing to begin with.. but anyways I ended up buying another mod which works a lot better but I'm still not happy that Im stuck with a defective product that I essentially wasted my money on mod that Im waiting to hear back to see if I can even get it warrantied out... Im just very disappointed that I wasn't even offered a refund/store credit just a discount on another mod (which I spent another $90 BTW) I just feel as a loyal customer I was dissed in a way...

I brought the three in that I'd just purchased ten minutes ago. They sure know how to make a customer feel like crap.
