Vapercast in Sheffield Village is by far the best vape shop I have been to. Mike and his staff are…read morevery knowledgeable and patient. They walked me through buying the vape best for me and was patient while I tried just about every flavor ( and there is alot) till I found the one I liked.... I went to 2 others before going there and at vapercast I had the very best experience compared to the other places. They care about helping you quit smoking rather than selling you a product like it's a fad.... thanks Mike and your staff!!!

I've usually had good experiences going to local vape shops, that is until I came across this…read moreplace...The shop itself is nice enough by all appearances, they even have a decent selection of juices, but the jerk offs working there are the problem. My girlfriend has been there twice and had problems with them trying to sell her crap she doesn't want or need and also closing the shop before posted hours, presumably to lock the store up and hustle off and pat each other on the back as they blow "sick clouds bro". I've been vaping a little longer than her so I decided to give it a shot. They wouldn't let me drip the flavors I wanted to try as they said it was against the law??? I've been to every shop in the Greater Cleveland area and I always drip. If you don't want to waste your 0 nic horse shit, I suggest getting more than crappy stick e-cigs as testers, maybe move up to a tank tester so I can actually get 1/2 the flavor profile. Whenever I go to a shop I always end up buying a decent amount of products and come back often so you're losing out on a good customer that would promote your business. There are waaaaaaaaay better shops in the area skip this one imo

I really recommend this store. I went in knowing very little about vape products, and the staff…read morehere worked with me to help me understand my options, and the pros/cons of each. The only negative thing is that their prices are REALLY high compared to buying things online. I understand that they have a physical store, employees, stock, etc., so they have costs an online store won't, but the price differences are pretty massive. This might well be true of most physical stores though, so I wouldn't hold it against these guys.
