So, when I needed to grab a few items to support my occasional cigar habit, I decided to hit up Royal Smokes in Berea. For starters, the store has much more than just cigars and it is extremely clean. Seems seems to be a family operation which I love, as well. I was thoroughly impressed with the humidor selection and the prices were on par with the website that I typically order from. In addition to all of the traditional brands I enjoy, they also have their own house blend of cigars and the owner was nice enough to make sure that I went home with my fill!! The service was welcoming and friendly and I look forward to giving them more business in the future!!

I had the intention of checking out a couple of different shops in the area and this one was the first on my list. I walked in and looked around and after a couple of minutes a gentleman named Frank kindly offered me some help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of different options. He explained to me how the pens work, showed me how to change coils, add juice etc. After I had made my selection the fun started. He let me sample about 20 different juices to find out what I liked and didn't like and just when I thought I was finished he kept bringing out more. I have to say the customer service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable. It really made for a great first vape shop experience and so far I'm happy with my purchase. 10/10 will definitely go back. Thanks Frank!

I came here on a Saturday (30 September 2017) looking for lamps for my living room. After walking around trying to find lamps, I finally found someone to assist me. The employee told me that they had run out of lamps so there weren't any for sale. He pointed at the area where the lamps normally would be located. He probably could have explained better when more lamps may return but at that point, it didn't matter because I needed to buy a lamp that day. Besides not finding a lamp, this store; however, is clean and ideal for those looking for reasonably priced furniture. I remember living in Columbus (Ohio) and actually purchasing a LoveSeat from Big Lots after someone had told me that they sell furniture. It was a beautiful (gray) and quality style loveseat which I had to sell when I moved to Cleveland in August of this year. So you can find a great couch/sofa here. Overall, the customer service at the furniture section could have been better here but I still ended up leaving with some great bakery items (organic Coconut Flour and Organic Cocount Sugar) and other snacks.

Because my championship cigar purchase couldn't have been any better…read more --- --- --- After being unhealthily obsessed with Cleveland sports for my entire life, the Cavaliers won the NBA Finals in June. What else could I possibly do to celebrate this monumentous occasion, other than by purchasing a victory cigar? The answer is nothing. Enter: Royal 10. I walked in and said, "I know absolutely nothing about cigars, other than the fact that I want one." He was re-watching Game 7 and knew why I was there. He suggested something mild, which sounded good to me. In the past, I've smoked a cigar and felt like a walking chimney the next morning. I was nervous that this would be the case again, but it couldn't have been further from reality. I couldn't even tell that I'd had a cigar the day before, when it came to the next morning. I really came to appreciate Royal 10 even more, when a month later, I smoked a cigar because of a promotion, and didn't have the same good fortune. I wish I could tell you what kind of cigar it was, but since I have on idea, I'll just call it a championship cigar :)
