You have three HP spaces assigned, but there are no mounted signs as required for each space. So, that leaves the pavement markers as the only way to see the HP spaces, but they're worn out and barely visible on a good day. Do you think they're better visible now covered with sand and salt. This is a problem. Unknowing persons are parking in the spaces ........... why wouldn't they, they're right next to the door. But they could be ticketed because you're not following the law.
