Holy cow, this was the fastest smog check I've ever done. It takes longer to fill up my gas than it took to get smogged here, no lie. They have 3 machines so the likelyness if having to wait is slim to none. I was there for about 4 minutes TOTAL and 2 of them was waiting for the machine to charge my card. The guy was super nice and friendly. They are at a new location which now has bathrooms. Apparently the previous location didn't. Not only do they give 90 days to rescan for free if needed but if you go on their website you can get a coupon (that you can just show them on your mobile) to bring the price down to $13.99!!! $19.99 regular price isn't bad either though. Went to get a smog check done and pulled in the check bay and waited for someone to come over ,as we were sitting there waiting a employee kept looking over at us . In the mean time 2 more cars pulled in behind us to also get smog checked . So we ended up waiting about 10 min and by that time a man came out and told everyone sorry that he had already put everything away . So I guess this place must make tons of money and the 3 cars that were waiting was to little to mess with . Heck of a way to run a business to shut stuff down about 25 min before you are suppose to close. Keep up the great work !! read more

Needed a smog check, looked on Yelp and decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. Service was great and quick. It took less than 10 minutes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. It's a little crowded because they have so many for sale cars but that's the only downside. If you want to buy a car that will be broke down within 3 months, you are going to the right place. I financed a 2005 Chevy Malibu from this company and three months later, I am having to take my mom's car to work. A week into driving my car I find out the horn and blinkers don't work. After using the a/c I find out the actuator makes a noise even when the car is turned off. Also one of the seat belts in the back is missing a buckle. None of the interior lights work. They sold me a warranty through a company called Cars Direct that doesn't cover sh*t! I've been asking them to send me any/all paperwork regarding all inspections done to the vehicle prior to selling and I keep getting told that they'll call me back but never do. It is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever been through and I will be looking into legal action against this company. read more

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT purchase a car from here. I bought my 2001 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from here with no warranty (3 1/2 weeks, NOT EVEN A MONTH OF OWNERSHIP) or 600 miles later my valve spring breaks, my valve falls into my cylinder and I'm out $2500 for a new engine or $1500 in machine work and labor. MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE CAR ITSELF. Throughout the life of the car this part should not have broke. If this part were to break it would be sometime after 150,000 miles. It only had 85,000 miles on it and it being a P71 would make it close to impossible for this part to break as the P71 model is highly up-kept by the police force it was under comission of. But somehow it managed to, that being said he HAD to have known that this would happen or at least have some knowledge that something catastrophic would happen sooner or later to leave the car undrivable. I PAID FOR A CAR TO DRIVE, NOT ONE TO SIT IN MY GARAGE AND PAY EVEN MORE FOR REPAIRS. And since so much neglect was dealt on my car, who's to say that ALL the cars on the lot are doomed to fail. This is absolutely unacceptable and I do plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau for an investigation on the legitimacy of this business and the quality of these used cars. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS UNDER WARRANTY. And when/if you do decide to buy the car, smash that thing, drive like you're driving for your life to get out all of the kinks. Please please please don't buy a vehicle here. My son purchased a vehicle along with extended warranty. He didn't have the car a month when the engine blew up leaving him stranded on side of the road with new born naby. Extended warranty was a joke. I had to pay the labor for the mechanic to remove engine along with other things. Basically they were only paying 80.00 towards labor 200 for new engine. The total bill was going to be about 1900.00. So he now has a repo on his credit and no vehicle. They are rip offs read more

i read a terrible review about this place before buying my car here, but i decided to ignore it and give "smog king" the benefit of the doubt... huge mistake!!!!!. these people have no integrity and do not care if the vehicles they sell fail. i bought a 2002 dodge intrepid for $2900 and the next day the car failed. i returned and the owner referred me to his personal mechanic. the problem was a broken timing chain and would cost $1200. after the owner refused to refund my money, i had no choice but to take on this huge repair. unfortunately i was refused warranty at time of purchase because the car was not over $3500, so i was forced to pay it all out of my pocket. .i still have leaks and other repairs to do after spending more than $2200 on repairs. please avoid this place. if you don't believe me, google them as well. there are more unhappy customer reviews on there also. dont make the same mistake that i made. these people need to be shut down. -Ricky read more
