I followed to see if help was needed but it wasn't anything serious. A nearby neighbor was performing a Mayan fire ceremony. Which looking how our world is today especially after finding out about Cesar Chavez us in the Latino community are finding ways to cope with these revelations. Anyways I was very impressed with Bill's instinct to go and immediately go & offer help without hesitation. We need more people like Bill, truly a great man. This is my first time getting a smog performed here but it's my second time connecting with Bill. I tend to get my oil change next door and I started talking to him and he gave me great insight on how to make homemade all natural fertilizer. I told myself next time I need a smog I would come here & sure enough the service was excellent. It was done quickly & efficiently. I will come back for sure & refer my loved ones here. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. I had a frustrating experience just a few days ago at a different shop where my truck failed the smog check. I felt like I was just throwing money away. Coming to Alvarez was a completely different experience. Not only was the service fast, but the technician actually took the time to talk to me.
