A smog shop open on Sundays? Sounds too good to be true right? Well my truck was due for smog and Sunday being my only available day I thought I was out of luck. I came across Hernandez smog check and drove out to them on a Sunday morning was surprised that it was indeed true and they were good! The kind older gentlemen greeted me good morning and asked if I was there for smog. After some quick paperwork. I handed him the keys and about 15 mins later I was paying him and thanking for his fast and friendly service at a great price. Looks like I may have found my new smog shop. Thank you Hernandez! read more

Don't come here!! These guys were trying to scam me to buying full price of the smog again when I have already paid $40 for not passing the first time. I had the receipt in the car and the guy threw it in the trash and when it finally passed smog he brought the car out and said "$60" and I confronted him telling him I already gave you $40 last week and I grabbed the receipt from the trash and showed it in his face and he had a sorrow look in his face!! If you want to get a smog check go somewhere because they will charge you $40 if it doesn't passed read more

This was 1 of 3 smog places that was opened early enough for us to get smog done before 9am. The owner was very friendly and patient. We had an issue where the reader in our car wasn't working, so we took it to our mechanic down the street and it was a quick fix. Came back and he didn't even charge us extra for the inconvenience and time. His price was lower than our regular smog place we go to and the service was quick. read more

These guys are awesome. I needed to get a smog check and with my schedule it had to be Sunday on my lunch hour flipping through Yelp. Every business was closed until I came across these guys. I put them in my GPS and I went. They are a little hard to find so I called them And the guy went out front and waved me in. Also Pedro gave me some much-needed information regarding my tires. Thank you so much I was in and out less than 20 minutes. Everyone should support these guys small business owners is what it appeared to me had to throw that in there that was my assumption I don't really know but give them a try. I was 1000% satisfied thank you for being open on Sunday and taking me in immediately and Pedro thank you for the information. read more

I was searching online for a smog shop and came across this place. They offered the lowest price (compared to everyone else and i called a lot of places!) and welcomed me with no hesitation. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were very attentive and fast. I was in and out before I even got comfortable. The lot is slightly small on a busy street but they will direct you where to park once you pull in the lot. They do have a waiting room as well. I highly recommend this smog shop! read more

Look, if you're all about what makes you FEEL good based on cleanliness, environment, customer service, etc. then go right ahead and pay the high prices if that's what makes you feel good. But if you're about the no B.S., fast service, and LOW PRICE then this place is for you!!! I kid you not, I've gone to all those fancy, clean-looking, sweet-talking smog test places only to pay A LOT for a small car and then MORE for an SUV/Truck. Why? A smog test doesn't change from one small vehicle to another. And this place understands that. Same price for both my small & mini-SUV vehicles. That's how it should be. I was in and out in a matter of minutes! I can't believe this place is literally 5 minutes from my place. And all this time I was driving 15-30 minutes for what? Good service and higher prices? Give me a break! Go to this place and save yourself money! *Disclaimer - I'm in no way affiliated nor associated with this place. read more

I normally don't do this, however I felt the need to take the time based off the really great experience I had. Before this location I tried another location closer to home and was very dissatisfied. As a woman I always feel skeptical to take my care anywhere on my own and with good reason! i found Hernandez just a few minutes away! Mr. Juan helped me and was so nice and i felt very comfortable. i showed up just 15 minutes before closing and it was done very quickly! looks like i found my new go to spot! Thank you Mr. Juan! read more
