Sergio picked the phone, and I can only say good things about him. Sergio is very professional, respectable, and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I had to say about my car issues from the phone to in person. On top of that, he was able to fix my cars issue in the same day, and in such a short time even though his guys were busy. He also charges reasonably, and he doesn't mess around with "oh your car needs this and this" just to squeeze in a couple bucks. Although, I am certain he'd have any issues known if they were important enough. They get the job done well and did not leave any scratches, dings, or dents like some shops love to do. I recommend him completely and would come by here the very next time my car needs work.

I had previously gone to an auto parts store and done a DYI recharge of refrigerant, but I wanted an expert to review my work and make sure I wasn't adding too much and damaging the vehicle. Eddie was very helpful and informative about the process of properly servicing the Freon. I'm so glad I came in for him to take a look, because it turns out there was a severely clogged cabin air filter that also needed to be replaced. No wonder the A/C was struggling! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for automobile Air Conditioning service. Meet the new Boss.. !…read more I feel bad for the J S. review.. I too am a ten year plus customer. Yes, A to Z has another new Technician today, but in my experience getting my 2006 Ford Focus and my 1996 Lincoln Town Car smogged today.. it was a wonderful as usual. It's a Saturday morning, Corona Virus 19 is spreading rapidly across the USA and the World. I phoned the shop early this morning to see how the customer load was.. A to Z says come right over.. nice! Brought the 96 Towncar in first.. it's a more difficult client due to the Trac Lock and early OBDii interface, yet the new A to Z Technician was on top of that one as usual. It's a beast of a car so he has to connect every umbilical cord from the reserves, but he knows his stuff! The Towncar has a thin aluminium hood, and this tech knew that right off the bat and treated it with respect, unlike other shops that dented that for me.... this Technician knows how to respect a vehicle. While waiting I was offered a fresh pot of coffee by the 'Man in The Office'.. this guy is great! We chatted awhile about COVID-19, current and past events, and before I knew it twenty minutes had passed and so did the 96 Towncar.. wow, that was a lot of work for a 20 minute finale. The shop accepts nearly any form of payment and got me back on the road quickly! I returned half hour later with the 08 Focus, and the Technician had me outta there in less than twenty minutes! Dang.. Paid cash this second visit.. they happily accept cash too :-) I'll be back next SMOG cycle! See ya and THANK YOU !!
