He's every bit as friendly as Joe was when I was last here 9 months ago. A little bittersweet since this will be my last time bringing my 2007 baby in, she's being sold to a neighbor who needs her. My husband and I came here for the first time this afternoon. We actually found this place by mistake. We had driven by another smog shop in Quartz Hill and we made a U-turn to go back, but instead, this other shop popped out from seemingly out of nowhere. It's on a residential type of street, so you can almost mistake it for a house on the corner. The man who helped us (his name was Brian) was very friendly and efficient. Found them 4 years ago when needed Test Only smog and now bring all our family cars here. Only one at a time but like the fact that it's small and low key. It's right by QH Nursery. Can't see from 50th W until you turn corner then first driveway. I found out you can pay for DMV renewal then have a little grace period for smog so won't have to pay DMV late fee. Mine was due on 12th and had smogged today 14th. Highly recommend but if it doesn't pass test or need something due to older car it's not their fault. My daughters Element had to get some things fixed. After fixed drove for twenty or so minutes before bringing in again and kept car running. It passed!! It's hard with the older cars. My Toyoyota is 2005 and considered newer to them and passes no problem. read more

I came here with great expectations, the operators had been located in Simi Valley previously prior to opening this business. I had them smog my 1996 Tercel, which I was hoping would take me through my last few months of a long commute to my employer. They passed the car and certified it, but it immediately ran so poorly, I took it to my main mechanic and he said the engine was shot. Apparently, due to them not being so concerned about the age of the vehicle and the engine life, they over temped it or over ran it. It was certified and registered, and less than a month from smog certification, I had to junk it and buy another car, out an additional $5K for my remaining months of employment. So if you have an older vehicle, do NOT go to this facility. I am afraid to take any other car here. read more

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I thought I would leave a well deserved great review for this test only site. I was dreading getting this smog check, because I didn't want anyone to sit in my car since were in the midst of this crazy pandemic. I'm sure this was the fastest smog test I have ever gotten, I was there 15 min total. Joe was great! He really made it a point not to go in my car, the only time he went into my car was when he crouched on the driver side floor to plug the machine in and take it out!!!! He wore a mask at all times.
