First don't whistle at me looking at me as if I am the help or something. And then start speaking to me in Spanish. I speak English just to clarify. But then you can't even just look on the dashboard for the miles you want me to write them in and then the next customer your willing to do more for. And then my cars done and you decide to keep helping other people while my paperwork is sitting there. Just tell me it failed what I have to do and let me be on my way. Took my car for DMV required smog. Usually smog places are pass or don't pay. Mind you my check engine light was not on and I did not think my car had anything wrong with it. They charged me and I thought everything would be ok. When I finish paying he tells me your car has a code and pits not passing drive it around and come back.. I do that and come back and he tells us.. you can't just expect the car to fix itself, fix it and come back but next time it'll be another $40 on top of the $70 you already paid. They love to OVER PRICE , NOT HONEST/SINCERE, NOT TELLING ALL THE EXPENSES AT FIRST. Today, I read that they're doing these DISHONEST ACT to their past customers too. They love to fool customers when it comes to charges, but in reality their charges is far less the amount I paid. They love to argue too. I am a Auto Dealer therefore I require a lot of smogs for my vehicles. I called 1 day for a price for a smog and was quoted $45. Because he was close and my normal smog person was not open I figured I would give him a try. I did get quick service and was out of there. I took another car to him a few days later without calling to have another car smogged and it did not pass on visual, burned out check engine light. I go to pay him for his service and he said it will be $49.95 at with time he I informed him that he had just charged he $45 for a smog a couple days earlier, at with time he tells me that he had gave me a special price because they was having a special on phone call first prices. I fitted the problem with the bulb and figured it would be best if I call first for a retest, to see what the price would be, at which time he said it would be half price, $29.95 for test and $10 for certificate for a grand total of $39.95. I try and be fair with everybody I do business with but this is a business I will not be referring people to. There is a lot of other honest smog shops in the AV then this place that is charging less for smogs.
