Great service and fair pricing. Eddie is very friendly and helpful. I like that he is honest about any obvious problems you may have BEFORE he does a test, instead of charging you first. This is a very common problem. Other shops will charge you first, knowing you are not going to pass, to guarantee they get paid. They then offer a "discount" if you come back for a retest. Honestly, the best Smog Check place I've ever been to. All places try to rip you off always, no matter what. If your car doesn't pass the test, you are screwed. You HAVE to fix them with them or through them so your car will pass it. They will charge you a lot more than a conventional shop. My car failed the test and Ed guided me through the problem and possible ways to fix it. I did it, and my car just passed it. So I'm really surprised and happy. Also, best price in town. Trust me. I've used this place twice for my 1978 Lincoln mark v. I tried 5 different places before I went here and every place had an excuse on why they couldn't do a smog check on my car. Rigo not only competed the smog check but also got it done pretty fast considering all the extra steps that have to be done on a 41 year old car. There are many smog shops between where I live(Pearblossom) and this shop.
