High Power was the most responsive, could come out the fastest to give me a quote and then had the best rate. It was an easy decision to choose them and I'm so glad I did. We got 5-star service from the team that came out; they installed fan speed switches, added outlets, updated electrical to our summer kitchen, put up lights in a bedroom without any and even set up a ghost switch in our closet for a hard-to-reach light switch. Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy! I have no idea how this company has over a 5 star rating based on they could not even follow…read morethrough on a simple estimate. On Tuesday, I submitted a request for service. They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

I hired Ralph and the P3 team for an owner-builder shed-to-office finish. I know I made the right choice in doing so as I sit and type this from my newly designed space. Both Ralph and Lisa go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, and they have built a 15 person team of full time employees and skilled technicians that can be relied upon. Mike (project lead), led by example and communicated effectively with me as a busy work-from-home homeowner. Mike organized his team well, stayed focus, and was willing to get his hands dirty, even self-digging a 100+ feet electrical trench in the dead of summer. In summary, I received high quality service at a fair value. Don't hesitate to use P3.

On installation day, Joey and the Max Electrical Solutions team arrived within the scheduled window and got right to work. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work completed, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Everything was installed neatly and professionally, and you can tell they don't cut corners. They also cleaned up thoroughly inside and outside, leaving the work area spotless when they finished. I especially appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic, even while working in the Florida heat.
