Just read the other bad reviews and believe them!!!! Ditto to everything they said. Long story short, the owner/tech came to do contract regular maintenance and air quality test. Arrived and said they don't do air quality testing. Got mad for some reason and said he was not doing maintenance and left. Cancelling and finding another HVAC Company. read more

We originally hired them to clean the duct work and dryer vents which they did a great job at. we had them check out our system as well since we had just bought the house. They had a couple of recommendations as well as helping us find replacement filters (they were a very odd size). Incredible Service! From the phone call to the service being completed, I'm very impressed. I was scheduled for same day service and they even gave me a phone call with a 15 min heads up. My AC stopped working and they were able to send Quentin out and he was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right there on the spot. 02 years ago we purchased a heat pump unit which we have basically been satisfied with. we've had a few issues mainly with the thermostat. Now I have a problem I think with the thermostat but I am totally unable to get through to the young couple who run the business. Are they answer their phone with a service and questing the service they seem to communicate the inquiry to the owners!? But they will not return my call and I wonder if they're still in business. We have used them multiple times over the years and had been happy with them- in fact we have previously recommended them over and over to residents in our community. I guess post covid I should come to yelp to look at recent reviews of small businesses I have used before. My request to this company was actually simple. I asked for Jimmy the owner - to come out and look at a possible blocked line. The person who answered the phone made me an appointment. Then I get an email from Dana who asks if James can come earlier today than what we scheduled. I agreed in email; but, never heard back. So I called their office this morning just to confirm that Jimmy was coming earlier. The person who answered the phone confirmed that. Then not a few minutes later I get a text message from Dana confirming that Quentin is coming. I immediately replied back that we had requested Jimmy. Long story short- I can confirm 2 things. His office staff need retrained and the owner no longer wants to do service himself. First Jimmy was sick and couldn't come out til Thursday, then he was sick with an earache and may come today- then he was stepping back from the service part and not doing calls at all. As the customer I could care less for excuses. It is about how you rebound. It is 96 degrees today and I am trying to get in front of a potential air problem. So when Jimmy started texting me -rather than admit his office staff was wrong in how they booked this and try to resolve the issue- he was combative. I told him that all we wanted was a skilled tech like him to come and address something that was going on with our air. The owner replied that no one that works for him is as good as him. That comment was shocking to come from someone who owns the business. I had already decided we would not use them again at that point; but, In the end Jimmy canceled the service for today because he said it was more trouble than it was worth. I was not hostile, rude or nasty in my communication with him. I was disappointed and let down by the tone and that his office staff booked him for an appointment that he had no desire to follow thru on. In the end he canceled the appointment and chose to lose us as customers. read more

Service Plus came by recently to service our AC. The team who showed up were courteous, did not try to up sell me on anything frivolous, and got the job done fast. I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants a no-fuss AC company! read more

Do not use service plus, I have been a customer for over 10 years they were great back when they started. Now their customer service is very poor and the Wife Dana of the owner Jimmy has poor communication skills to the point that she will translate a customer issue incorrectly, her husband jimmy will drop you as a customer. Their customer service has gotten very poor and the wife Dana has poor tracking skills, last year she said I didn't pay a bill when I did the husband threatened to drop me as a customer and then realized I did pay the bill after i proved it and apologized, she forgets when you pay and what you paid for. They are very inexperienced on the service end. Don't waste your money you willing to pay good money all your want is good customer service which you won't get from service plus AC. Had an apt scheduled 2 weeks ago that they cancelled a day before however Dana apologized, rescheduled and applied a pretty nice discount to my service. The were out on Saturday to clean my ducts and service was great. They were in and out within 2 hours, cleaned up after themselves and explained what was done. As I was finishing up with them in my driveway my mailman got out of his mail car to walk over and tell me he uses them too and they do great work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them A+ from me. read more

We used Service Plus to replace our air conditioner/heat pump in April 2018. We found them to be professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive and communicated well. There was a minor installation issue with the air handler but they came back and fixed it promptly. I'd highly recommend Jimmy, Dana and the folks at Service Plus. read more

The only place I called that actually answered the phone! Very courteous, thorough, friendly service on the phone and from the techs that came out. They were out within an hour and a half of my call, arriving when they said they would. Repairs were explained, nothing unnecessary was pushed. Time was taken to address further concerns I had about my system due to age and wear. Will definitely be calling again should a problem arise, and I'm confident they will be able to provide a solution. Highly recommended! read more

Our A/C unit stopped working in our rental unit. One call to Service Plus saved the day! Justin was there within a few hours of my call. He was quick, efficient and priced well. Justin was able to educate me on the issue causing the outage and fixed the unit so going forward this would no issue causing the outage and fixed the unit so going forward this would no longer be a problem for our tenants. This is a great company. We use them for our home & it's a pleasant experience from the time I call to make the appointment until the job is complete. Our air conditioner is old but there is no pressure to replace it just because of its age. Last summer during the very hottest days we had a breakdown, the part was not available locally so they brought us a portable unit that we could use in our bedroom. Our technician has been with them for about 5 years, so not only are they good the treat their employees right. read more

They came that afternoon after I called that morning, got my unit up and running the same day by driving to get the part and helped me save money by working with my warranty. The tech (Jimmy) showed me useful maintenance tips and they don't pressure you to do anything outside or what's necessary. He also clearly explained everything which I like as I want to know the whats and whys of my home's equipment. I plan to use them for all future services/maintenance. Also the woman who works the scheduling was very nice and also knew her stuff, it was great to deal with a company where the first person who answers the phones is actually knowledgable enough to answer some immediate questions when you have no AC as opposed to saying "wait for the tech". 5 stars easily. read more
