The entire team was punctual, professional, clean, polite, and overall just really nice guys to work with. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and left the area clean afterward. From the scheduling team to the estimator, everyone was responsive, helpful, and quick to communicate throughout the process. Their pricing was fair, and the response time was super quick as well. It's hard to find dependable service these days, but these guys definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

He placed the socket right where I wanted it, and didn't hack and slash as a previous electrician had. I would absolutely trust In Phaze again.

5 Stars for an electrician who responds on the Yelp app quickly, comes out in no time (and on…read moretime), and treated me with respect and kindness! Oh yeah, and he got the job done. My partner used the Request a Quote function and heard back from Carlos shortly thereafter. We were having an issue where a ceiling fan had mysteriously stopped working, but the remote was still working and the battery hadn't died. It was great to note that he charges a fee for coming to check out the problem, but that fee goes towards the job if you choose to go with him. Carlos set a window of 12-2 to come by to check it out and he called me at 1 to confirm that he was 20 minutes out. Loved that, because it gave me time to finish up what I was doing and get ready. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short time. While he was here, I also had him check on another electrical issue and he confirmed that it needed to be fixed to keep my house safe. He gave me an estimate and said I can call to schedule him. The service was swift, but what I really appreciated was also the conversation. Carlos is Colombian, and speaks multiple languages, and we talked about restaurants and other stuff while he worked. I appreciated this and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was alone. I'll definitely be calling to schedule him again for the next job I need done, and I'm happy to have an electrician now! Highly recommend :)

Smartron coordinated with the utility company to unlock the panels and arranged inspection at the end. They took care of everything. We had a problem with double taps on an electric panel. Smartron upgraded the necessary panels and fixed the double tap issues. As you can see from the pictures the work is very clean and organized. I will definitely call Smartron again if I need anymore electrical done in the area. Also, Smartron made sure there were smoke detectors located throughout in order to pass inspection. I'm very impressed. Thank you.

I give it two stars because the guy was nice and the lady who booked the appointment was nice. For some reason, he thought I was going pay 1k on the spot to have him fix "loose wires" and $2500 to fix the lose wires with a whole house surge protector. And for 10K, I can have all the above done plus rewire "back stabbed outlets". He wasn't going to insure his work without replacing all the back stabbed outlets. Spoke with three electricians this morning who are laughing at these prices. The tech wouldn't email me the estimates because of "competition" but I think it's because the prices are so outrageous that he literally didn't want proof of them in anyone's hands. I did get the two lowest estimates that I described above sent to my email... he'd only send two out of the five or six he wrote up on his ipad sitting in my kitchen. Just really bad optics. I'd find an hourly electrician of I were you. I felt I was in a two hour sales call that I needed to pay for. The whole thing was just really bizarre and there were a lot of "firsts" for me that Ive never seen from any trades company.

I hired Ralph and the P3 team for an owner-builder shed-to-office finish. I know I made the right choice in doing so as I sit and type this from my newly designed space. Mike (project lead), led by example and communicated effectively with me as a busy work-from-home homeowner. Mike organized his team well, stayed focus, and was willing to get his hands dirty, even self-digging a 100+ feet electrical trench in the dead of summer. In summary, I received high quality service at a fair value. Don't hesitate to use P3.

We had previously had a different service come out, but they didn't come with the right equipment to reach the fan and didn't do the light switch because it was too complicated. Michael and Chris came prepared with a 16' ladder for the fan. Long story short, after numerous tries to repair, the fan needed to be replaced. They left to do another job so I had time to get a new fan. They came back as promised and replaced the fan. It was tested several times before they left. The wiring for the guest room light switch needed to be installed. Michael knew what they needed to do right away and got it done. I did have an appt originally scheduled for last month and they had to call that morning to cancel as someone was sick. I understood, but I was unhappy as I was home that day. In the end, they did a great job for us. Happy to give them 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them if I need any electrical work done. Thank you!
