The unit had stopped cooling on Saturday night & we were miserable. He pulled up, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, checked out everything else on my unit and left 20 minutes later. So efficient, kind and their prices are very reasonable! I've used them once before, my parents use them as well, and we all highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their heating & air units.

Remember that 10 degree day we had this past winter? My 30 year old Trane gave up the ghost the day before. Called mccutcheon, they had a unit sitting on a trailer in my yard by the time I got home from work, and had it installed by about noon the next day, which included some additional work installing a new thermostat and running a new floor register. All working mostly outside on the coldest day we've had in years! They weren't the lowest estimate I got (not the highest either), but everyone I know who'd dealt with them was happy and they carried Trane. If my old unit lasted 30 years I sure wasn't going to replace it with a different brand! Good folks. I don't have any regrets about my experience with them.

In a panic I called three companies and left voicemails with my situation with all three, and Mike at Williams Heating and Cooling was the first one to call me back, within 10 minutes (and only one that day!). He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. Quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me what he was doing the whole time, talked me through some options, and got us fixed within an hour and a half, probably closer to an hour. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and this company. I went from panicked and in a hot house to being able to focus on my wife and child in a cool house much faster than I would have expected. On top of really knowing what he was doing and being so efficient with his repair, Mike just really seems like a great guy. If you're looking for any kind of heating or cooling work, you can't do better than Williams. I joined this site specifically to leave this review because I can't recommend these people enough.

The people and businesses in Cullman are by far the most helpful kind and friendly of all the places I've ever lived in my 86 years on this earth. I am in shock at how people treated each other in Cullman. This is certainly a special city with special people and I just wish I had lived all my 86 years in Cullman as this is UTOPIA compared to the other places. Cullman's greatest asset is simply the kind and helpful people like no where else. From the banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors etc. Cullman I hope you know what a "gem" of a city you have please don't take it for granted. I have yet to meet one single rude person in this city. I've been here two years and love every minute of it. I'm sure there are many wonderful friendly companies here, but this is a "shout out" to the Blocker Company here in Cullman who has maintained my two AC units twice and each time I'm so very pleased with the quality of work and friendliness the young men who have visited my home to check the units. Customer Service is certainly their priority.
