Dye services represented themselves as a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer for mini split systems. We had an issue with the unit, we called Dye services. They said we had a Freon leak. They put Freon in it but failed to put oil in it also. Which burned up our compressor!! Mitsubishi informed us that it was never registered and we have standard warranty only. This company cost us over a $1000.00 in repairs and lost 7 years on parts warranty and 5 years on compressor warranty! This is the most unprofessional and most unreliable company I have ever done business with! Doesn't do what they claim they will do. Doesn't finish the job the complete way.
