This morning, I got a call from a tenant who let me know her heat quit working last night and her house was freezing this morning. I was so worried when she told me she didn't have heat because she's a retired woman with some health issues. I called Justin right away. I was hoping we'd get lucky and maybe he could research and provide a quote today, and maybe he might be able to squeeze in some time tomorrow or maybe over the weekend to get everything fixed. Well, he did what he usually does... He exceeded my expectations by figuring out EVERYTHING, and then getting ALL THE WORK DONE the SAME DAY I called! As usual, truly amazing. Where to start, I used American home shield and they were sending a bad company out first…read more.. finally I requested someone that was reputable... A R & C was just that company, very knowledgeable and professional. They helped get the problem resolved and had to deal with AHS a couple of times. Charles was my technician that was sent out. Very nice guy, and with the reviews of this company elsewhere I can see why they had a very high rating. We had our air serviced by on time for a yearly tuneup and stated a part was bad on our air conditioning inside. So since we have the home warranty we figure we already pay for this repair and called them. And Charles stated the repair was only about 320 when the on time guy said 600-1300 for the repair... not saying on time folks are wrong... it glad Charlie got us fixed once the part came in. Great work Charlie and continue to make A R & C a great company to great service!!
