The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. The original work on my system occurred on 05/12/2023 by One Call Heating and Cooling which was performed under our home warranty that came with our home. It was assessed and determined that they had to replace several parts in both units inside the house including the acoil which now is leaking and has no warranty according to the man who did the work and outside several parts were replaced. At the time of the initial repair they left wires hanging on the ground outside. They attempted to charge us a service call to come back out to fix it right. Since then last year the condenser had to be replaced because it was not compatible with the "new" acoil. Yesterday we had a fire inside the unit in the house. Upon inspection it was wires that shorted out because they were unprotected going through the sheet metal. Thank goodness we woke up in time to not lose our home or worse our lives. I pray you'll look into these people to prevent anyone else from having these issues.

So far, the folks at One Call (Jeff, Charlie, Krystle) have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and my dad has peace of mind that they know what they're doing. The pricing is more than fair too. Originally, my dad brought in an HVAC company recommended by the HOA, but they quoted an ABSURD number for the job. We ended up shopping around with 4 other companies, and they each came in around the same price range, but were ALL at least $7K less than the original quote for the same package of work! One Call won over the rest due to their detailed explanations and rationale during the estimate visit. They were also the only company to mention that haul away of the old system would be included.
