Because I asked them to leave the sewer cleanout exposed when everything was dug out and they said they would and that it might need an extension to bring it to ground level. But I get it, it wasn't in the original quote. At least now I know where it is. Are they expensive? Yes, but so is Blake Bros and Hiller and eveybody else.
